I do understand my drink is complex. But that is the responsibility of the barista, to understand how to make it, I had to kindly ask to have it remade, and instead of them remaking it, they gave me the same coffee back. breve means brevet. quad means quad.

Closest starbucks to my job (right next door). I ordered my frappe 10 min before I was supposed to be at work. Usually it takes between 5- 10 mins to make but I didn't receive mine until 23 after I placed my order. At the 20 min mark was when she decided to tell me that the blender was broke and when I asked for a refund she told they don't do refunds from app orders. Then she offers to give it to me unblended and tells me I can blend it myself..... 😐

I accidentally ordered my drink on the app to the wrong store. When I asked if there was any way they could make it there, they told me no. Terrible customer service, I’m from the restaurant industry. Mistakes happen, as a company you would think it would be no big deal to make the drink to satisfy a customer. Not impressed at all.
