This location riped me off, I order a grande caramel frappuccino with two shots of espresso, normally my bill comes in right under $10 however this location the first cashier messed up somehow another when trying to add the details of my order so another cashier came in and started adding more charges to my bill whenever my charges were already there so she didn't need to add any more charges however she racked my bill up to $12 so it looks like I may be moving over to dunkin' donuts and being rid of Starbucks after this performance that did not offer me a receipt either so I will never return to this location and I will make sure to advise anyone that I know and not to go to this location

Placed an order online only to arrive at the storefront to a locked door. The coffee shop was short staffed and therefore all orders had to go through the drive through line. The app did not give me the option to cancel my order and I was stuck in the line for 25 minutes before being served cold coffee and a melted refresher.

I’ve been to plenty of Starbucks locations, but this one takes the cake for the worst experience imaginable. I walked in, planning to place a mobile order like I’ve done a hundred times before, and before I could even open the app, an employee rudely told me I had to leave. Excuse me? Since when is it a crime to stand in line for 30 seconds while deciding what to get?

The staff had zero customer service skills—just a condescending attitude and a complete lack of common sense. If I had been loitering or causing a disturbance, sure, but I was literally about to spend money. Isn’t that the whole point of a business? Instead, I was treated like an inconvenience.

This Starbucks clearly doesn’t care about customers—just arbitrary power trips. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere that actually appreciates paying customers.

Magic, make this right.

About 25 fruit flies in the pastry display all over the croissants.
Felt a little uncomfortable getting out of my car to go inside due to unsafe looking folks hanging around.
Had no seasonal menus options available.

This location refused to cancel an order they could not fill in a timely manner. Refused to refund the card unless we came inside the restaurant which was closed due to being short staffed. Customer service is a 0 stars here. Way to take people's money without giving them a product. Corporate office also refuses to issue a refund. Will NEVER be back to Star bucks. You guys have too much competition these days to pull this crap. Hope that $5 was worth it

Please stop marking orders as ready when they aren’t. If the mobile order isn’t ready, it isn’t ready. Please stop misleading customers who are simply asking about the drink they paid $5-8 for. I totally get these baristas are dealing with grumpy people most of the day but even grumpy people appreciate transparency.
Waited 20 minutes (drive-thru & register were empty by the way. :) They forgot!) after asking about the status of my drink and then asked again. Was gaslit and told “Oh I was just starting to make that for you!” (I asked this person while they were mid-conversation. They weren’t making drinks, and they were actually on ovens/handing out orders). When I asked the second time it was determined my drink had been forgotten about and someone else on staff said “oh that’s not MY fault!”. I appreciate that it was remade at this point but I had also been in this Starbucks for over 30 minutes. Got the drink and it was incorrect, of course. Literally undrinkable. Had to throw it away. Just don’t understand why this happened or why it’s acceptable.
This location is also always incredibly filthy. Like genuinely I avoid going inside 90% of the time because it’s so gross. I waited inside for 30 minutes on a tall frappuccino surrounded by people’s and the baristas garbage. My least favorite location in the Huntsville area and I deter people from going any chance I get, may this continue 🎉🎉🎉

The brewed coffee tastes terrible. I don't know if they forgot to change the grounds or what, but it does not taste like Starbucks. When we told them, they wouldn't rebrew the pot, they just gave us another pour from the same gross pot of coffee.

The store is frequently locked in the evenings, forcing you through the drive thru. This is problematic when you mobile order and walk to the store.

There are other Starbucks nearby, id recommend those.

Visited here 10/18 11am. My drinks were amazing; atmosphere and all baristas were amazingly nice and satisfied. Only the lady who took order from the cash register she was extremely rude and i was not happy with her customer service.

I go out of my way most of the time to come here. I get an iced caramel cold brew every day. Pretty consistent
