Staff was very friendly. Food was fresh & tasty. Only complaint was the way they scan for the drinks at dine in. Never seen this at my local store & it was confusing.

Having moved from Omaha I’d always have to get this when we’d go to Texas or something. Having it up the street OH MY GAWD. I know to some it’s just a fast food place but those tenders with the buffalo sauce have me in a chokehold.

This place is my most favorite burger joint anywhere. The cotton candy shake is to die for. And every burger so far hasn't disappointed. The customer service here has always been friendly and respectful. Love you all so much. Thank you for always being consistant with your freshness and quality. Get rid of the crappy iPads you have to order on and bring back the waiters and waitresses!!!! Steak and Shake claims to be an old fashioned restaurant…. there were no electronic devices in the 50s. Also the staff are clueless and are not friendly. I ask the manager when walking into the place where can I order my food and they responded “Hold on a minute we will be with you.” instead of wait in line behind the iPad sir.

We took a large group. Food was out in a reasonable time and everything was delicious.
The staff here are not very friendly. They seem very unhappy to be at work. No smiles no greeting. Zero customer service experience obviously. The management team should do a better job at hiring friendly warm faces to interact with the customers. The food was great though!

The lack of contact with employees was great during Covid, but those days are over. The amount of error from the kiosks speaks volumes. The soft drink scanners wouldn't work, the area was sticky, tables needed to be cleaned and sanitized, and floors swept and mopped. But the kicker of all was that the kiosks asks for a tip. Why would I tip a machine? Why would I tip a person i had zero contact with. No thank you.

I’ve been here before and had a bad experience and then today I got the wrong order and I brought it back to the window and there was no sorry or let us fix that. Just pull up and then total confusion and again no costumer service provided. Just rude employees of a run down location. Oh and one coworker was inside and laughing and then walked by and pointed at me. Just rude worker. Never eating there again and the food is average at best!
