Definitely not worth the price.. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger to get three little slivers of bacon which was a $2 dollar upcharge. Then to make things worse they don’t do pickles… now the baked potato they left out the cheese and bacon… I paid $40 bucks with a 20 min wait and the only thing not worth throwing away is the plastic cup… I called and manager said that’s the way we do the burgers.. so before you come to a over priced burger joint with no flavor or season to meet hit up tacos bell or Burger King… I hate this was a place to even think about eating at on a visit to Huntsville.

The delivery guy comes up to the desk seem very inpatient . Went up to him and to confirm that it was my order. He says to me why didn't you answer your phone. I was in disbelief. I looking like do you pay my phone bill. I called up to the store they apologized but you I feel like they could have did something to make it right. I'm really disappointed.

Usually order delivery and the consistency with food is good. A little pricey. Unfortunately they went the way of the crappy restaurants and switched out their sliced tomatoes with those nasty cherry tomatoes in their salads.

Food is ALWAYS delicious. The restaurant is always neat and clean. I like that they employ many mature adult workers who are friendly with awesome customer service and courteous. This place is a must on my visits to Huntsville!! Please bring SteakOut to Texas! 😀😀😀😀
