My dinner was delicious. I had ribeye steak with grilled onions. My steak was cooked to perfection and the grilled onions top it off.. I went to the Steak out on Whitesburg.

When we arrived at the Whitesburg Steak Out by the post office, we were greeted with the bad news that their power was out due to an accident by a customer. I had placed the order online and paid before my arrival. When I walked in, a man who was not in uniform asked me about my order and he immediately called the other store by the hospital and placed the order. He offered to go get it and bring it back but I said no. It took me approximately 10 + min to get there and my food was ready when I walked in, even tho they were covered up with customers who I assumed were doing the same. It was not their fault for the accident and not their fault that my order could not be cooked - even tho it was a sorta large order. But the effort that this man took to make sure I was taken care of meant the most to me. We live out of town and do not get deliveries where we are. So this meant a lot instead of me trying to figure out another meal to pick up. I wish there were more kinder folks in this area who are willing to take care of you. And I thank them for their honesty and integrity and for wanting to preserve the customer relationship no matter what.

I got two steak entrees medium well and a Chicken Parmesan all of the meat was overcooked, dry, hard, and no seasoning. I was trying a new location ill stick to Jordan.

It’s a carry-out / delivery place so the atmosphere doesn’t matter. It has great quality food and good service (a little slow because it’s cook to order, but that ensures freshness even when delivered) - that’s what matters.

The atmosphere is only a 3 because it's literally a pickup/to go place. If you're eating there it's gonna be outside and they probably wouldn't like you taking up a parking spot.

A friend recommended me to try Steak-Out, and it was a good recommendation. I ordered the Big Combo of 5oz steak tips and 5oz chicken breast that comes with salad, potato, and drink. The taste is good, and the chicken wasn't dry at all. The only negative comment is that the steak was well done. I substituted the bake potato to sweet potato. The sweet potato was excellent. There’s no dine-in. Take out and delivery only.
