When we arrived at the Whitesburg Steak Out by the post office, we were greeted with the bad news that their power was out due to an accident by a customer. It’s a carry-out / delivery place so the atmosphere doesn’t matter. It has great quality food and good service (a little slow because it’s cook to order, but that ensures freshness even when delivered) - that’s what matters.
The atmosphere is only a 3 because it's literally a pickup/to go place. If you're eating there it's gonna be outside and they probably wouldn't like you taking up a parking spot.
