Steak is decent, but the chicken parmesan with bacon is ridiculously good. Also, you should always sub the sweet potato instead of the baked potato. Only thing that is lacking is the Caesar salad dressing. It doesn't really taste like Caesar's.
I haven’t had a bad experience at this location until tonight my steak tips were ordered at a medium and they were very over cooked. I ordered and paid extra for a sweet potato and received a regular potato but all the fixings for a sweet potato. My husbands ribeye steak sandwich was good so that’s why you got at least 2 stars for the food part. The service upon pickup was fast and friendly. Everyone has an off night and I guess tonight was theirs
The food is great, and Gerald has PHENOMENAL phone presence & etiquette! The delivery drivers I have encountered have always been great as well. I appreciate when I had an issue you guys made it right. Thanks again!
