I love this bar! The vibes are always immaculate and the drinks? Cant compare. This is such a cool spot to casually hang out at or get dressed up for a girls night and feel classy. Any time someone asks me where to go downtown, Stella's is always my first go to.

Big city soul with a small town heart, that’s Stella’s. From the moment you walk in, the energy feels elevated, the staff makes you feel at home, and the cocktails are next level. If you’re lucky, you might even meet the owner, as I did, and hearing the inspiration behind Stella’s made me appreciate it even more. This place is an instant favorite. Safe to say I’m a regular now.

He kept pushing me out of the bar for not coming inside to grab my drink from the bar, the decided to walk it outside to give it to me then spilled most of it on the floor. When I asked for a refund. He was so drunk he gave me extra credit. Kept putting his hands on me to tell me to leave. It was the worst experience of my life
I was there with my three sisters and he obviously race profiles us and it went down from there. Not a safe place to go. I do not recommend

My friends and I went here on New Years Eve. They were from out of town. This was the bar I chose to take them to out of all the places in Huntsville and surrounding areas because I had always had good experiences there. Our evening was abruptly interrupted when my friends came back from the bathroom saying that they were leaving and never coming back because the owner had just harassed them. Previous to this, one of my friends’ wristbands had broken in half due to the condensation from her drink building up on it and her leaning against a table. It just broke in half. We’d all gone through two checkpoints to get inside. One downstairs to have our IDs scanned, and one more upstairs to pay the cover fee and get the wristband. When her wristband broke, she went back to the second checkpoint where we got them and explained what had happened and asked to get a new one. One of the gentlemen did reluctantly hand her a new one. She even took them the old one to show she’d had one, offered her ID, and card for them to pull up her tab on Toast showing where she’d already paid for the original wristband. After getting her new wristband, she rejoined the group but shortly thereafter went to the restroom. While she and my other friend were on their way to the restroom, they were berated by someone who did claim to be the owner of the establishment. This woman approached them with no professionalism whatsoever. She started accusing my friend of cutting her wristband, and said they were on some “scheming shit,” that they weren’t going to come in her bar and make her or her establishment look bad. She FOLLOWED them into the bathroom and told them that she would be watching them the rest of the night and even threatened to kick them out. All of this over a $10 wristband which my friend offered to REpay for, asked them to pull her receipt from her original purchase which would not have taken long AND offered her ID & debit card to match the information on her existing tab. The whole thing could have been resolved in a matter of minutes and handled with significantly more class and professionalism. It was SO embarrassing for me to have recommended this place then their first experience there be so vile. It would be different if they were approached in a calm manner, and the owners concerns were voiced, an actual conversation had about the issue & a resolution agreed upon, but she apparently did not give them a chance. It would have been different if the owner had seen her “cut” it on camera or through her own or a fellow staff member’s eyes. ANY other approach would have more professional and perhaps even more understandable than getting in their faces, accusing them of something they did not do, and ESPECIALLY cussing them! She came at them completely sideways, and I did not blame them for wanting to leave, so I closed our tabs, and we left. In response to our bad reviews telling our side of the story, the owner claims the wristbands were tamper resistant, and it had clearly been cut. I’d like to ask why would someone pay for a wristband, cut it, then offer to pay for a new one? What kind of “scheming shit” could she actually have been up to regarding a $10 wristband? I’d like to ask the establishment to find on the cameras where she intentionally cut her wristband if that is their official stance and if the scenario was important enough for the OWNER to cuss her out over. However, it’s obvious they don’t care to do so. Regardless, the owner’s actions were completely unprofessional and out of line because as previously stated, they weren’t given the chance to have a conversation or show receipts. While I do understand it was NYE, emotions were high, security on alert, “wristband tampering” policies in place, etc, none of those elicit her disgusting behavior. It ruined what was supposed to be an outing to one of my favorite bars. I unfortunately will not be back for a very long time, if ever.

Brought some friends from out of state for a NYE celebration and after about an hour or so of us being there my friends were followed into the bathroom and cussed by the self proclaimed owner for doing “scheming shit” because her wrist band broke and she asked for a new one in case we needed to leave we could come back. The guy that put the wristbands on us gave her another one (which the lady was mad about) because she showed the card charge and her id from the original purchase roughly an hour prior. Idk what triggered her anger over a broken wristband that she said was cut (why would anyone cut a band they JUST bought in a bar they had to go through 2 check points to get into?) My friends even said she would buy ANOTHER wristband just to have the broken one replaced. Such a shame to have a night ruined due to the bizarre act of this “owner” who came in hot and heavy out of no where. Insanely unprofessional and rude.

The owner is disgustingly rude to patrons.

My friend’s wristband broke, and she went back to get a new one. The owner began following my friends and saying there was something off about the wristband breaking. (My friends had been here for a while at this point buying drinks) Not only this, but the owner followed my friends into the bathroom and kept harassing and cussing at them. Not only is this humiliating, but it shows poor leadership and management. The owner kept saying my friends weren’t going to ruin the lounge’s reputation, but I think the owner is doing a great job and doing that herself!

Save your time and money and go somewhere else that actually values their costumers and creates a welcoming atmosphere. You won’t find it here.
