Stella's presents themselves as a high end cocktail bar but, appearances are deceiving. I ordered their house whiskey sour, which was unbalanced and overall just not good. Next, I asked for a Boston sour and the bartender said "what's that?". Huge red flag... I explained that it's the same as a whiskey sour but with egg white. The bartender said "oh, we don't carry egg whites."Any cocktail bar that doesn't carry egg whites is not a cocktail bar.

Electric and cutting edge, chic while comfortable- no matter the Alabama weather. A downtown favorite!
Only one time out of the five times I have been here have I enjoyed the customer service. All of the servers I have met have been good, however the bouncers, bartenders, and assumingely the management, have been some of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. To put it into perspective, the bad experiences that most people have had at Walmart and McDonald’s combined seem like customer service heaven compared to Stella’s. It’s sad that an establishment that makes its money off of customers treats those customers worse than how TSA agents treat travelers. To the management, do some revamping please, and maybe take some adulting classes.

This bar is beautiful. The atmosphere is perfect with indoor and outdoor seating options, the drinks are carefully crafted, and the service is great. They have live music too!

The only reason I don't give this 5 Stars is because they don't sell food. LoL! Great bartenders, clean restrooms, amazing drinks, nice music, nice crowd, and dope ambience if you just want to chill with friends and have a great cocktail.
