Fabulous microbrewery. Great burgers. Love the MonkeyNaut IPA.

This is a great, unpretentious, microbrewery. Good mix of beers but also good craft cocktails and an incredibly unique whiskey flight. Good snack food and sandwiches all at a reasonable price.

The beers are good and really good. The food is excellent (The Smokehouse, pictured), the fries are old school, cut here and well done. The combination makes a 5 star experience.

Had the bar b q smokestack two weeks ago and it was great except for one strip of overcooked bacon. Today, one server was trying to wait on 11 at the bar plus 4 tables. Two groups left from the tables before being served. Maybe it was shift time? My sandwich today had half the pork as the one last time, a piece of burned bacon and a big pile of fun yums or onion flavored fried dough on top. The fries were mostly little gibbles. A pint of beer is double the cost of their canned at the grocery store. My $21 (before tip) beer and bar b q was just not worth the time or money it cost me today. It makes me hesitant to go back.

4 in our group. We went to sit at a long high top table to play tabletop games while we sat and ate, and the server asked us to relocate even though there was absolutely no demand for tables (see picture). Shortly after a party of two took the table. Then they were out of pretzels. As a previous restaurant manager that ordered product, it’s not that hard to order an appropriate amount to not run out of food but also not run food costs up.Lastly, one of our party members ordered the Inventory IPA and it was awful. We smartly ordered nothing else and got out of there. Very disappointed in our experience.

The place is great! I love to see the creativity of making a school gym into a brewery. Food was good. I had the Asian Salad with chicken and my husband had the wings and fries. I enjoyed both ??. He didn't care much for the flavor he added to the wings. It was their own version of Buffalo sauce and it tasted very garlicky and had some spice. Which I like both but he doesn't so he ate the salad and I ate the wings ??. The have lots of beers to choose from and maybe next time I won't be on the clock and I'll be able to try a few. You definitely have to stop and try this place and give yourself time to walk around, it's pretty cool!

Wife loves the Beer Cheese Nachos and El Diablo burger satisfies any spicy cravings I could ever have. Great service today from Robert, thanks.

We generally sit in the patio area with our dog. Great place to sit and enjoy cold beers and tasty Delta 8 sparkling water . The burgers are big, juicy and delicious. The ribs are awesome too.

Not under any circumstance! No stars if I could cause your kitchen management is piss poor and that's being generous. Waited over an hour and a half and my food never came. Management acted like they could basically careless! PISS POOR!!!

The foods I've tried have been hit or miss. The beers are good if you like trying odd combinations. Most worth trying once but not a regular drinker yet... Usually busy and service varies based on how busy it is.

Although we arrived at 6:30 on a Saturday, we had no problem finding an open table. We had to go to the bar to get menus. It took a little while but we finally did get a server. To be fair, he turned out to be fantastic - super knowledgeable about the menu and really quite funny! We ordered the beer cheese nachos and the bacon wrapped pretzel bites. It took quite a long time to get our food. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth the wait. Frankly, both apps were awful. The nachos were pitiful - nondescript chips drowned in cheese sauce with a few jalapeños slices thrown on top. It's hard to go wrong with bacon but the pretzel bites were just wrong. The soft pretzels acted as a sponge for the bacon grease. The pool of sriracha sauce they were drowning in didn't help either. After another wait, we finally got our burgers and fries. The hubby and I shared a bistro burger and an order of original Montreal poutine. The burger was juicy and delicious - the Fred Bread bun was a special touch. The poutine fell flat. The fresh fries were crisp and delicious but the cheese was more more like cheese globs versus the cheese curds. The gravy wasn't anything special either - we would have been much better off sticking to the regular fries that came with the burger. The other diners in our group raved about their burgers. Only one guy at our table was able to eat the whole thing (and he said he wasn't hungry until lunch the next day!) I do want to try again. I'm just thinking how well a Bavarian pretzel would go with an icy Monkeynaut!

The cheese curds were so good! The bistro burger was disappointing. It really didn't have a lot of flavor. It needed more sauce or more onions. The home made fries were really good. Our server was very attentive.

Today was my first time to Straight To Ale Brewing. This review is for the food. My co-worker and I went for lunch, no beer, just food. We both ordered Poutine Montreal and split a Classic American Burger that we asked to be cooked well done, cut in half and a side of house made BBQ chips. Our Poutine Montreal was delivered to our table. On first glance the gravy looked thin and to me it tasted as if it came out of a package. It was bland. As for taste of the Poutine one must get a bite with cheese curd, fry, gravy and scallion for some flavor. Overall I rate Poutine 3 out of 5. The burger came out 10 minutes later. The Classic American Burger from the outside looked great. It did not have onions on it. Big miss for me. The burger was pink inside. My co-worker and I realized the place was full and we didn't see our server near our seating area so we ate around the pink. The house made BBQ chips we both agreed were not crispy and had no taste. I may have come on a bad day and will come back again.

Great beer. Good apps. I loved the Stout at the Devil! The taproom was spacious and they had some interesting swag available for purchase.

One of my faves. Lots of fun beer selection even though I'm not a beer connoisseur at all. I am a dabbler and sipper. Even for me, I'm satisfied with the diversity of pizza, pretzels, burgers and tacos. I can always count on the fun ambience and energy of STA.
