Skip this location, no sign anywhere about coupons
My friend got the exact sandwich I got about 20 minutes before hand and had a coupon that I gave him for 3.99 for a half. I went in with my footlocker for 6.99 and he didnt honor it, said we dont take coupons. Then was lowkey rude saying I should have showed him it to before. My friend literally said they gave him the coupon back. 😐 I have it in hand. I got double chicken and he was greedy and he just gave me normal chicken.
Mostly he was just really rude about it and I've been to this location before since its by my work and never had a problem before.

It was the old Indian Man. If he's there watch out. Also there was a guy putting rat stuff everywhere. Not a good sign.

I ordered online and got the hot honey chicken but after I picked it up and got home and opened it there was no hot honey or cilantro sauce and there was no cheese and like 5 pieces of chicken. The sandwich had no flavor because of it. I clicked no on the chip thing and they still put it and I didn't click yes for lettuce and they put it. The whole sandwich was just the chip things and lettuce. Would not recommend going there not the first time this happened, they need to get a new manager and new workers. Would recommend going to the one across the street in the Walmart instead.

Older man working behind the counter was very rude. Walked into store and was greeted by a nicer employee, couldn’t find a way to use my points on the app and pay in store so i sat and placed a mobile order and when i walked up to the counter i was told “go sit down we’ll call you up when it’s ready we don’t like when people watch” like its subway, you’re supposed to be able to watch it being made and you go somewhere and pay with your own earned money, i just thought this was very rude will not come back here again

The owner is the worst, rude and very unprofessional. I’m talking to the guy who’s make my sandwich and the old man just interrupts into our conversation and tells me to sit down while he makes my sandwich I didn’t want it toasted and I was trying to tell him that. I ordered it online and clearly put that in the order we go back and forth and he began to get aggressive with his words and cursing. Do not come here they will mess up your order and are very disrespectful

They cheat you if you order on the app. You pay for extra something, you get barely any of it, routinely. They can't do this when you're standing in line watching them make it, of course. They only do this if you order online and come to pick it up. They also water down their sauces.

Don't go to this Subway, go to a nearby one instead, there are several nearby Subways that are much better.

Basically, I ordered delivery through the subway app with a Subway gift card. The third party delivery service is door dash. It’s door dash’s issue BUT Subways response (this store specifically made it a horrible experience)

I called the store and they instructed me to call door dash. Door dash told me that because I used the subway app and not then, that I had to reach out to subway. They could not refund me or assist me further. I called the 6125 University Drive Suite 28 store in Huntsville, Alabama to continue to attempt to work through this. The second time I called, the man on the phone would not let me finish my explanation once he heard door dash. I’m serious would not let me finish at all and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain. I have not been rude, I have been polite. I’m 26 year old girl I’m not an aggressive person.

So I contact door dash again to see if they can help, they once again told me through chat they couldn’t help. I have screen shots proving this. They tell me because it was ordered through the app, that I needed to call the store.

So I called the store again a few times because I was either hung up on, or when I do call, as I’m sure my number is shown and recognizable, they play a high pitch screeching into the phone. You can still hear them in the back ground. It wasn’t until someone answered again and told me they wouldn’t help, that the manager wasn’t there, etc.

I completely get the process and am very respectful of that, however each time I try to explain my care I just get ignored. I have a $25 gift card for Christmas from subway that was spent and had received nothing for it. I get door dash is at fault, but they won’t help me since it was placed through subway, and even after been given the headquarters number, entered claims through the website, it has been proven difficult to even get a chance to explain my case to management at subway.

The owner and his workers are extremely rude. They’re so bad to the point where I only order online and today my order wasn’t ready when I arrived so I had to wait 10 extra minutes for it to be done. I ordered sun chips with my order and the employee kept saying “sun chips only one bag” basically trying to imply that I would steal more. I spend my money here 3-4 times a week and I don’t appreciate how demanding and just plain out rude they are to paying customers. Literally go to any other Subway in the surrounding areas!

My friend had a horrible experience at this location. 2 workers that were there were borderline racist,mind you my friend is African American, and made baseless accusations about her already having a subway cup from earlier that day. Saying how my friend wasn't there this morning. Just all around a horrible experience. Don't go to this location.

DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT. This owner is EXTREMELY shady and will give you the absolute smallest amount of what you ordered to get by. I ordered a normal flatbread sub with like 4 veggies on it. It was the flattest lightest sandwich I have ever had from a Subway. It had maybe 3 peppers on a foot long. I work hard for my money and this place cheats you. Don’t come here.
