Cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. Workers were very mindful and intentionally clean. Very yummy & fresh food as well!

would give 0 if I could. their online ordering was off thirty minutes before close when I tried it. so I drove down there to grab dinner after I got off work, and they were CLOSED 25 minutes early. the guy was in there just making himself a sandwich (saw me, didn't care or acknowledge me at all). I called and no one answered. super disrespectful. their sign said 10 pm, Google says 10pm. but apparently they close whenever the heck they want. won't be going back.

I went in around 12 today and the lady there was so nice and amazing. The food was great and she was super sweet not the fastest but still amazing. I will be back

Slow service. There were only one worker and she was friendly but slow (not able to multitask). Wish she put my bread in the toaster before putting toppings on the other person’s sandwich so mine would be ready when the customer left. Do not go if you are in a hurry. This location does not take coupons.

We go to this subway over others bc the workers have been consistently good natured, and cooperative with our requests to add extra veggies, etc. and don’t make us feel like they are trying to skimp on quantities like the one on South Parkway.
Says that they are open until 10pm (on their google profile) BUT..twice we drove from South Huntsville and they were closed. So I hope they will update there profile to the correct hours of operation.

Andy that helped me was fantastic. Doordash took my order and brought an incorrect order to me. Doordash said I would have to come to Subway which I did and I was upset but Andy that is running the store tonight got me all squared away with outstanding customer service. He displayed the kind of customer service that needs to be displayed every where. I was not happy when I got to the store but as I sit here writing this about to leave I am a very happy satisfied customer.Thank you Andy.

I had almost given up on this franchise.. Stopped by 6/14 after a visit to the library. This is an excellent Subway. Fresh ingredients and great friendly service. It's not close to my home but when I want Subway, it'll be worth the trip.
