Went this evening for a quick dinner. Be very careful with what you order. My daughter and I split a footlong meatball and we are both feeling nauseous and not straying too far from the toilet, if you get my meaning. I also ordered a salad as did my wife, she is fine, so we know it was mot those. Don’t know if it was the meatballs or the sauce they have, but it tasted fine. Now we are paying the price. Make sure you ask how fresh the ingredients are when they make it. I, unfortunately, ordered thru the mobile app and wasn’t able to watch them make it. I will not use the app again and will physically watch them put my order together.

I’m not a fan of Subway, mainly due to ongoing concerns about their hygiene and the noticeable decline in food quality. Yet, a pile of 50% off coupons recently lured me back, hoping to grab a quick, cheap meal. My attempt to use a coupon for a Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki sub was quickly shot down by the manager, who claimed the item wasn't eligible at that location. Instead of honoring the coupon, in which I would have purchased chips and a drink, he simply refused the coupon outright, leaving him with no tender at all, not smart. Unwilling to pay full price, I simply walked out. It was a stark contrast to my experience at Jersey Mike's, my go-to sub spot, where they were busy as usual, unlike the deserted Subway I'd just left. While I don't expect a Michelin-star experience from a sandwich chain, I do expect some common sense and flexibility. This incident was the final straw, reinforcing my decision to boycott Subway entirely. Their consistent lack of cleanliness and unappetizing food have made them a last resort. Do yourself a favor and support other, more deserving sub establishments.

Dry! Little to no meat. All I had was thick dry bread. Smh. Sad
I went to Subway today, and ordered a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. The lady that was making it coughed on her forearm, and I know the cough went all over the gloves she was wearing. When I got home, I just threw the sandwich in the garbage.
It is subway! Food is like all the subways. They are fast and clean. Not much more to say.
My son and me were getting meatball subs, and we say a bug come out of the lettuce. Went home and threw our subs away. Cooked at home. Will not go back to this subway.

I ordered a 6” flatbread sub for takeout. When I unwrapped it, the sub had barely any toppings and the flatbread was inedibly stale with torn edges less than 6”. Waste of money, will not go there again.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival I hesitated to go in because it looked like a man with mental illness was pacing back and forth inside. When I went in to pick up my order that same guy went behind the counter to get my food. He then asked if I believed in God. I was thrown off by this and said yes and then he preceded to tell me that if you put the cross with NASA and scramble the words you get Satan. And that’s when it clicked, I was wearing a NASA tshirt. He then went on to say NASA scientists think they’re God and make up stuff and the moon landing is all lies. It was so incredibly apparent this man had extreme mental illness and was also an extremist “Christian” that I felt unsafe and high tailed it out of here. Food was not good and we will never go back. Being right out Gate 7 a lot of their would be clients would be NASA workers. Fire this guy, you’ve obviously lost tons of customers from others reviews.

Subway sandwiches and religion (Christianity) have nothing to do with each other. However, pushing religion on customers and mocking customers about wearing a mask to protect against illnesses, such as the COVID-19 pandemic are all features of this Subway location. We placed an online order to be picked up in store. When we picked up the food in the store, masking and social distancing was practiced. However the self-proclaimed “manager” decided that instead of handing the food that we ordered and had already paid for to us, that we needed to endure his religious tirade. His tirade included saying that only God can save you from diseases and that wearing a mask was useless (things that had nothing to do with the food ordered or his ability to hand the already paid for food over the counter to us). The employee did not provide the entire order to us and refused to do so. Once home, we tried calling back to the restaurant for a refund on the order (at least the items that we did not receive), but we were met again with a religious response instead of a professional response. He apologized that God was speaking through him and proceeded to ignore the actual issue at hand. Subway and receiving food that was ordered and paid for have nothing to do with religious beliefs, but that was clearly all that this store felt was appropriate to discuss. This store and its employee(s) should be reprimanded for the disgusting display that occurred. To top it off the food that was served was not up to Subway standards and did NOT reflect what was actually ordered and displayed visibly on the receipt (on top of the non-received items).

There was a meth-toothed man behind the counter who attempted to refuse to give me my online order because I was wearing a mask. He went into an ultra religious conspiracy lecture about COVID "not being real" and didn't even give me the entire order. I would like a refund, since I was harassed by an overtly religious rightwing conspiracy theorist before even being allowed to get what little of the order was even given to me. When I called, he hung up on me, refused to even refund what of the order wasn't given, and he was rude and weirdly self-martyring about his "religion being the problem" the entire phone call. The sandwich wasn't even made correctly. I want a refund, and he needs to be fired. He is harassing patrons for protecting themselves in the midst of a pandemic and refusing to give them all of their orders for it.

I hate to say this but I have to. This is the worst Subway I’ve been to in a long time. The grossness that my husband and I have witnessed (including a dead fly on the cheese tonight) makes me wonder if the health department should get involved. The man who is always there serving is rude and pushy and doesn’t seem to care much about the quality of your food.Go elsewhere! Until there is a change of management I wouldn’t trust this location
