I ordered a 6” flatbread sub for takeout. When I unwrapped it, the sub had barely any toppings and the flatbread was inedibly stale with torn edges less than 6”. Waste of money, will not go there again.

I placed an online order and went to pick it up. Upon arrival I hesitated to go in because it looked like a man with mental illness was pacing back and forth inside. When I went in to pick up my order that same guy went behind the counter to get my food. He then asked if I believed in God. I was thrown off by this and said yes and then he preceded to tell me that if you put the cross with NASA and scramble the words you get Satan. And that’s when it clicked, I was wearing a NASA tshirt. He then went on to say NASA scientists think they’re God and make up stuff and the moon landing is all lies. It was so incredibly apparent this man had extreme mental illness and was also an extremist “Christian” that I felt unsafe and high tailed it out of here. Food was not good and we will never go back. Being right out Gate 7 a lot of their would be clients would be NASA workers. Fire this guy, you’ve obviously lost tons of customers from others reviews.

Subway sandwiches and religion (Christianity) have nothing to do with each other. However, pushing religion on customers and mocking customers about wearing a mask to protect against illnesses, such as the COVID-19 pandemic are all features of this Subway location. We placed an online order to be picked up in store. When we picked up the food in the store, masking and social distancing was practiced. However the self-proclaimed “manager” decided that instead of handing the food that we ordered and had already paid for to us, that we needed to endure his religious tirade. His tirade included saying that only God can save you from diseases and that wearing a mask was useless (things that had nothing to do with the food ordered or his ability to hand the already paid for food over the counter to us). The employee did not provide the entire order to us and refused to do so. Once home, we tried calling back to the restaurant for a refund on the order (at least the items that we did not receive), but we were met again with a religious response instead of a professional response. He apologized that God was speaking through him and proceeded to ignore the actual issue at hand. Subway and receiving food that was ordered and paid for have nothing to do with religious beliefs, but that was clearly all that this store felt was appropriate to discuss. This store and its employee(s) should be reprimanded for the disgusting display that occurred. To top it off the food that was served was not up to Subway standards and did NOT reflect what was actually ordered and displayed visibly on the receipt (on top of the non-received items).

There was a meth-toothed man behind the counter who attempted to refuse to give me my online order because I was wearing a mask. He went into an ultra religious conspiracy lecture about COVID "not being real" and didn't even give me the entire order. I would like a refund, since I was harassed by an overtly religious rightwing conspiracy theorist before even being allowed to get what little of the order was even given to me. When I called, he hung up on me, refused to even refund what of the order wasn't given, and he was rude and weirdly self-martyring about his "religion being the problem" the entire phone call. The sandwich wasn't even made correctly. I want a refund, and he needs to be fired. He is harassing patrons for protecting themselves in the midst of a pandemic and refusing to give them all of their orders for it.

I hate to say this but I have to. This is the worst Subway I’ve been to in a long time. The grossness that my husband and I have witnessed (including a dead fly on the cheese tonight) makes me wonder if the health department should get involved. The man who is always there serving is rude and pushy and doesn’t seem to care much about the quality of your food.Go elsewhere! Until there is a change of management I wouldn’t trust this location

Owners do not take coupons at all and don't even know how to make a basic sandwich. Predatory business practice and disappointed that after a hard, draining day all I wanted was a simple sandwich, using the coupons I got in the mail to save just a couple of bucks since the economy is in the tanks, as we all know. Will not be back. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS OR IT'S OWNERS.

Owners don't allow coupons for most sandwiches. There is a very small number of them you're allowed to use coupons on at this location. They say every location does this, but I've yet to walk into another subway and see signs posted everywhere about it. I'll pass on this one from now on.

I usually order online and pick it up, but they never use the mobile order rack to place your food so you end up standing or cutting in line to get your order. Which defeats the whole purpose of the convenience of ordering ahead of time. Annoying af.

This location is being renovated and is already starting to look better inside. The man that made my sandwich was so happy and nice. We had a great conversation while he was preparing the food.

I am giving this two stars and to be fair...it isn't fair for me to do this. However, the Manager at this location needs to know the issue that is there. 8/30/22 - Went to this new location. There were three employees in the store - two females and one gentleman named Brad. BEFORE I GO ANY FURTHER! The ladies were FANTASTIC! THEY WERE WORKING THEIR HEARTS OUT AND REALLY TRYING TO KEEP UP WITH THE PACE OF THE BUSINESS!Then...there was Brad. In the 5 minutes it took me to receive my good (due to being busy and Brad simply getting in the way...want to point that out!), Brad said three times that he didn't want to be there - loud enough where a (Me) customer could hear him. He then kept telling the other girls that he didn't want to work a certain position. He would grab the bread for the sandwich and then say 'I don't want to do this anymore...'. He would then go to where the ingredients (lettuce, spinach, etc.) was and work on another sandwich and then say 'I don't want to work this location anymore..' He was really being a waist of space. He was so annoying that the ladies were saying his name in frustration because he simply was not helping them at all. His work ethic was absolutely horrible and his attitude was even worse.I asked for my sandwich to not be toasted. The ladies had no issues with this. Brad grabbed my sandwich to toast it. The ladies told him not to and he just pretended like they said nothing/decided to not listen and moved to toast my sandwich. I had to tell him to please stop and he looked offended that I 'dared' to speak to him.Overall synopsis:Food - 5 StarsStaff (Females) - 5 StarsStaff (Brad) - ZERO STARS!!!!...and if negative numbers can classify, place them instead!Store (Cleanliness) - 5 StarsManagement - please talk to Brad. If he doesn't want to be there, perhaps then ties should be cut.

The owner was rude to us. When we walked in a woman was sitting at one of the tables (a bad look) watching one of the workers sweep. When we asked the worker if they take coupons the woman that was sitting at the table jumped up obnoxiously and grabbed our coupon, read it and rudely said "NO!" We will NOT ever return there.

Kendra Wood

This Subway does not honor any coupons whatsoever anymore. Just a heads up
