Every time I place a order through the app some how they mess it up by not reading my order this has happened several times and u can’t even get a refund for the order they messed up on through the app better off ordering food in person

I ordered 2 footlongs and ordered deluxe which is supposed to give you 50% extra meat. Well that is a lie. When I got home and looked at the 2 subs it looked like it didn’t even have the regular amount on them and their 50% extra was 1 extra strip of bacon I guess they failed math 50% more when it comes with 4 is 2 extra strips and not to mention it had not even been warmed up. WORSE SUBWAY I’VE EVER BEEN TO WE’LL NEVER USE THIS ONE AGAIN EVEN IF I HAVE TO DRIVE FURTHER TO A DIFFERENT ONE.

The spinach and the onions were translucent and wilted employee said even if I go in the back and get another bag of spinach, it will be the same so there's no point he said also why aren't the employees wearing hairnets? I don't want their hair in my food.

The current manager is very rude when yes I understand its a subway in walmart on drake Ave memorial parkway in Huntsville alBut I'm currently a customer of subway and yet I got my head bit off by the manager and it's like I pd for food and I was waiting on friends to dine with and he was so rude like he didn't want homeless ppl around his subway so I had tried to explain I pd for the food and he basically walked away from me other than the staff is friendly and not rude

I don't recommend anybody using the subway app you are better off just going in the building. I order 3 footlong and a bag of chips. First off let's start with the app coupons don't work. Then after trying to apply the coupons a few times I gave up and just gave my card information. When I hit submit I got an error message saying they didn't have something that i ordered. I hit the ok button and it sent me back to the beginning screen. When I looked at the cart it didn't show any of my food. I looked it my account and they had taken the money out of my account twice. So I decide to go to the store to see if it had went through after calling a few times. No answer. When I get there they said they didn't have my order and that it takes some time to come in for online orders. I wait 15 minutes then go back to the counter to see if they had my order and of course they didn't. I asked for a manager. They told me to go on the website.
