I observed the manager preparing deli meet to slice with bare hands, with no hand washing between tasks, getting from cooler, removing plastic sealed wrap, placing on slicer and slicing also handling the sliced meat. No gloves, no hand washing, no hair restraints. I should have just left the sandwich and walked out when he told me they didn't take coupons; Especially since I had the coupon visibly in my hand where it could be seen. The new store on whitesburg is better, fast, clean, hand washing and gloves and yes they take coupons. I just started going to Subway regularly last month. I will not be back. Since Subway corporate does not accept complaints.. Better options are available.

made an online order and my grandma who i care for had a seizure so i completely forgot about it and couldn’t pick it up. the owner refused to remake the sandwich or refund the order.

Although I haven't been there much lately ,this is by far the best Subway restaurant I have been to. It's close to home maybe a 1/4 mile away. Got turned off from Subway on Martin Road behind the airport in Madison as a complete rip off but as close to work but another story as don't like being ripped off as not running a charity here. One off of Drake and the parkway kind of skipped and asked for tips .Either way the South parkway Subway loaded my sandwich down and I didn't starve to death like some of the others. This Subway is the best, as not running a charity here. They are honest, give you what you pay for and respect you. It's hard to eat under the current administration, but this Subway always makes the subs like on the commercials or atleast close, most don't and rip you off. Ran by good people who probably need business but do the right thing and don't rip you off like the other Subways I have visited. I love this place, you get what you pay for here!!
It is the first time I have visited this place, the sandwich is a good portion, the service from the gentlemen is excellent, they put effort into what they do, they are very friendly.

Where’s the steak?I’ll never come back here again. I ordered two steak & cheese. The one the owner made was pathetic. He is scamming us. His worker on the other hand did a great job but still way less than other locations. Maybe I am just spoiled by the one in auburn.

Ordered online said that it didn’t go through and then the site went down so I had someone go pick up the order for me. They paid for it there. I get a call hours later saying that my online order didn’t go through and they’re refusing to refund it. They did say they put the sandwich in the fridge that I could take. So I lost $10 but I got an eight hour old sandwich. Eww so I threw it away because he said he could save it an extra day or two which is disgusting will never eat subway again do not order online!!!! They will take your money and prob say it didn’t go through and you have to call subway corporate because that’s the only way to get a refund.
