The customer service at this location is absolutely horrific. Do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to a different Subway.
We ordered our sandwiches online before heading out of town for the holiday to be efficient. When we picked them up, one sandwich was completely wrong including toppings and sauces we never requested. When we walked back inside, the employee argued with us, insisting that the toppings “showed up on her screen.” When we explained again that this wasn’t what we ordered, she replied, “I don’t know what to tell you,” and told us we needed to order another sandwich.
So I ended up paying another $10 for a sandwich because we needed to get on the road. I paid just so my daughter and I would actually have something to eat.
I can’t imagine the owner would be anything but horrified that an employee not only handled the situation this poorly but also charged us for their mistake. This is not how you treat customers.
