I always order through the app, always have to wait for it to be ready. I ordered through the app yesterday, Feb 7, got to the restaurant at the time it said the order would be ready, and they said they didn’t have my order, but the money was taken out of my account. I waited 15 minutes and they still hadn’t received my order. The manager looked at my app to verify I chose the correct location. I had somewhere to be and couldn’t wait any longer, so I asked for a refund. The manager told me she didn’t have my order so she couldn’t issue a refund. I told her I understood that but I paid for something that I never received and she refused to make my order or give me a refund. I sent a message on the Subway website which was sent to the owner and all he responded with was thank you for letting us know about the issue with the app. I am contacting my bank on Monday and hopefully I can get a refund. That is horrible management and ownership to keep someone’s money and not give them a product that they paid for.

I asked for double meat and still the sandwich is just mostly bread, super stingy with the toppings on all the sandwiches me and my friends got, don't recommend this one, the one in Walmart is better!

This place has the worst customer service ever at the drive thru window. My coworkers told me don't go to this particular Subway drive thru window because they are known for rudeness and insulting customers. Each time I have gone to the drive thru, it's always the same thing. This lady always mocks the drive thru customers. RUDENESS AT IT FINEST!

Nothing but great things to say about this location. I'm only voicing my opinion that Subway getting rid of their buffalo sauce and several of their sandwiches and making things online. Only exclusives is dumb and needs to be changed and will affect how much. I personally use this business on my lunch break

If franchise owners don't want to accept coupons, that's their choice and I get it... BUT...if owners decide to accept coupons, they need to offer whatever the coupon says it's good for... not from ONLY 4 SANDWICHES!! I'LL spend my $ 15 where my business is appreciated!

My sandwich was made wrong . They didn’t toast my sandwiches or nothing . Rushing me to order . I ask how much 2 sprites was and they acting like they had a attitude cause I didn’t order it with my sandwiches

Ordered a Philly steak sandwich & it was bread, Mayo, mustard & vegetables. Little or NO meat! I have not been there in quite sometime, but the sandwich was a veggie no where near a Philly steak. I will not go back & I work literally down the street & will inform everyone about this
