As soon as you walk in, it feels tense, and everyone is dead silent. No music playing. Trash on the floor. The floor is sticky like there's a spill that was just left to dry. When I was trying to place my order, it became clear that neither the male nor female spoke/understood any English. It was a whole frustrating game of repeating myself over and over and pointing at things for them to understand just what bread I wanted. Then I started to order a 2nd sandwich, and I received a dirty glare from the female employee as she then ignored me and went to the next person. So I stood there and waited till they came back to my second sandwich, which they just left in the toaster WAY after it had started beeping to let them know it's done. It became a whole frustrating situation again that they don't understand even enough English to do their job as it's a pointing and guessing game. I asked for a LOT of olives and pickles. By the time she was able to finally figure out what it was I was asking for, she placed 3 pickles across my footlong sub and less than 8 olives. So I asked for more of both , and she then rolled her eyes at me and placed 2 more olives and 2-3 more pickles and waved her hand at me to tell her what other things I wanted. I asked for more pickles and olives once again as I joked how much I love both to try and lighten the tense mood and to keep myself calm as she's already given me attitude multiple times. As I was saying that, she mumbled to the male coworker, in broken English and clearly their native tongue, that I was gross for wanting more pickles and olives and proceeded to laugh at me. Unashamed that she's making fun of a customer in front of my face and other customers. It infuriated me, and I said, "You like your sandwiches your way, and I like them my way. Your job right now is to make this sandwich how I ask you, too. It doesn't matter if you like what I'm putting on it or not because you're not the one eating it. Now I believe I was asking for extra, EXTRA pickles and olives, please." She rolled her eyes at me again and started talking in her native tongue to the male coworker again, clearly pissed off with me for standing up for myself. So she grabbed a comically large handful of pickles and olives and slapped them on my sandwich and looked at me with a smug look. I just smiled and said, "Now that's more like it!" They took 2 customers before they acknowledged me again for me to continue my 2nd sandwich because they continued to ignore me. So I waited. Once I finally got that done and got to the register, there was a young white girl who was the only one who actually spoke English, and she apologized for her coworkers' behavior. She should not have to apologize for working with such incompetent people. I hope she finds a better job, the poor soul

Got there tonight a little later yesterday but they were most definitely lights out at 845pm and about to walk out the door ..and asked them did their boss know and they got quiet.. this is ridiculous. Needed 1 small sub

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This place is a joke! Why? Because they only have ONE staff member who actually speaks English! Joy is the best employee there but sadly she is extremely busy because none of the other staff understand or speak English at all! Tried to order two subs and a pizza but got shoved down the line after ordering the first sub and pizza. Got to checkout and am still asking for my second sub. Person ringing up asks for sandwich numbers because he can't understand anything else. So I ask for the only English speaking staff and she makes me the sandwich super fast and passed it down to the woman doing the salad. This one needs to point at each ingredient and get you to shake your head yes or no because she doesn't know what anything is in English. Unfortunately I'm now trying to pay for my order and arguing back and forth about how many drinks and chips I want because the guy has no clue what I'm saying so I have to point. At this point I tell the salad woman I'll have everything EXCEPT onion and green pepper so she adds everything including those. I'm mad at this point because I particularly HATE raw onions. I'm saying NO at the top of my lungs and she keeps adding them. Finally someone tells her I don't want them so she picks some off leaving most on. So angry by now it seems worth the price of the sub to throw it at this woman. Will NEVER come back! Can't speak English? Go back to wherever!!! Not getting my $$ to screw up my meal and not give me what I want anymore!

As soon as you walk inside the atmosphere felt tense and everyone was silent. No music. The customer service was HORRENDOUS! Had to repeat myself many many times as well as I had multiple sandwiches to order and yet they skipped me to the next person. So I had to wait for them to finish with another customer before I could continue my order. I asked for extra olives and pickles on my footlong sub. She(the back of her shirt said "The Boss") placed 3 pickles on the entire thing with only 5-8 olives on it. I asked for a little bit more and she rolled her eyes and only added 3 more pickles and like 5 more olives. So I again said I would like a lil more in a somewhat joking manner cause I know its somewhat strange the amount of pickles and olives I like. She huffed and then with an attitude said "she's crazy" under her breath to the male coworker on shift with her. I didn't appreciate the attitude and I don't know where the courage came from but I responded with "You like what you like and I like what I like." I just left it at that and continued my order and payed. As I was filling my drinks "The Boss" began speaking to the male coworker who speaks the same language and was talking loud enough she knew I could here while gesturing at me. So I'd know they were talking about me but could not understand. I had walked into this establishment with the mindset of asking for an application as I saw their hiring sign.After the service I recieved and under the assumption that that was "The Boss" she needs to be fired. That establishment needs somebody who is not judgemental and so horribly slow and bad at their job. She needs to be replaced as she is a horrible role model on how to run that establishment.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!! Well trained, they give great suggestions, willing to help but most of all, they greet you with a big smile and are so pleasant! I am gluten sensitive and can't do a lot of bread, but this is my go to for all things veggie! A salad, wrap or sandwich (I just leave the bread)!

I just ordered a sweet onion teriyaki salad from Subway. I had it delivered through Door Dash. I ordered extra meat and for teriyaki sauce to be included. I also got let, tam and onions, nothing else. Of course, cheese, but no other veggies. There was obviously no teriyaki sauce added and not entirely sure extra meet was put on there. There were also some peppers and cucumbers. Again, I did not order that. Unfortunately, this is not the first time something like this has happened. It wasn’t too long that I called up to the store to complain to the manager about my order being completely wrong. It was rather funny to me, but it seemed to take TWO people to be on a phone call with a customer. I’m not entirely sure I spoke to a manager. If I did, it was to a bad one. What manager is going to allow one of his employees to listen in on a phone call? Obviously, not a very good one. While I was talking to him, the young girl that was also there that evening started speaking and I hung at that point and contacted corporate. I don’t know if corporate did anything, because that is such an unbelievable story. No one is going to believe a manager is that bad, so bad, he is going to have others listen in on his phone calls with customers. I’ve not went to Triana since. Which is sad, I loved the idea of having a drive-thru Subway close.Anyway, when you don't immediately know where they are sending the driver too or at least, I didn’t pay that much attention. I had an idea when I saw the salad where it came from. The other two Subways normally do a pretty good job. Door Dash was kind enough to give me a FULL Refund. I also told them that the Triana Subway has a reputation of messing up orders or honestly flat out NOT caring. I also told them they might need to keep and eye on that location. They might be giving tons of refunds due to that one Subway and not realize.
