I order from this location often due to how close it is to my job. I’ve always been satisfied and happy with my interactions here until today. I placed my order on the app and arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up. I was told they didn’t not receive my order and asked by two different workers if I was sure I placed it at the correct location. I showed them the order on my app which confirmed the location was chosen correctly. I also showed them that the amount was taken out of my bank account as well. I asked if they could just make the order since I was charged for it and I was told they couldn’t do that since “they didn’t receive the order”. I was told I would have to reorder it and pay for it AGAIN or they could just wait for the order to come thru and then make it, which was not an option for me since I had to return to work and had no idea how long that would take. I ended up just purchasing a soda so I could atleast have a drink since I would have to skip lunch now. After returning to work I noticed the Coke I purchased had expired in October of 2024. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, especially in a scenario where I feel like I was not in the wrong nor rude to the workers. I have no desire to return to this location if this is how they treat their customers.

Let me start out by saying I’ve loved getting tuna subs my whole life from various subway locations all over the country and have never had a bad experience with the workers or the quality of food (other than the occasional yellow/orange tomato slices) at any other location. HOWEVER, I’ve been to/ordered from this location a few times and every experience with them has been HORRIBLE. The customer service is nonexistent and when I’ve told them my order was wrong, they started arguing with me and seemed to think it was hilarious that I was unhappy about not receiving what I paid for. But my last time ordering from them is why I’ll absolutely never go back, no matter how much further the other locations are from me. My last order was a tuna sub, same as always, but the TUNA WAS SPOILED. It tasted like what I would imagine roadkill tastes like… I felt like I was about to throw up immediately!!! This place should not be in business unless they get some new employees/management!!!

We were able to purchase two footlongs for under $15.00 with a coupon received in the mail. The Philly steak and cheese and the meatball marinara were very delicious.

My daughter and I go here so much since it’s close by. We each get the BMT
sub every single time and it never disappoints!!! And the workers are all very nice. Rashelle is one lady we always see and 2 younger gentleman as well usually . We go so much they are always friendly with us!

I came into the restaurant happily to eat a subway sandwich since it’s been a year since I’ve ate one and was greeted with a horrible attitude for no reason. The older white men who was serving me proceeded to give me an attitude just because I didn’t know their rules change in order to build a sandwich, keep in mind it’s been a year since I’ve ordered from a subway restaurant instead of being nice and telling me, he proceeded to have attitude for no reason. No, their wasn’t customers behind me or was it busy. It was actually slow. No wonder it’s always empty at this location. I just got my sandwich and left . Disappointed with the service.

One the owner is a horrible individual, lacking all character or moral. I was offered a job way below what I should be getting paid. There are no benefits. I set for 20 min waiting to be interviewed, was never offered a drink or shown any respect. CoolCome back for the start day bc apparently he was busy on Monday so I couldn’t start. Tuesday comes around I’m new to the area and tried to get my lights turned on online. There was an issue with transferring it and I needed to go in person.The owner blatantly violated EEOC laws and told me he did not care that my lights weren’t switched over he and I quote stated I’m not going to be understanding. Remind you, this is a management position where I possess a bachelors degree in criminal justice, and 20 years worth of experience in fast food. The owner who drives a Tesla apparently believes that slave labor is the way to go we are not human, nor do we get treated as human in his eyes. Laws do not apply to him. Do not apply unless you want your time wasted.I didn’t call this man and tell him that I wouldn’t be able to start until Tuesday. No I went up there and showed him the paperwork.
I ordered the new monster I believe and it was amazing I went back again. ??
