Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the sandwiches are always made well. I'm a bit of a weekly regular and it's always nice to be greeted with a smile and some familiarity. Always a convenient dinner spot after a long day at work, and I plan on coming here routinely.
I dropped an emergency catering order on these kind folks in the middle of the lunch hour after Which Wich lost my catering order. Despite this being a massive order, they helped me immediately and were so kind. Truly the heroes of the day today.
Walked in on Saturday around 3pm, 1 employee at the time of walking in, only 1 customer in front of me. Very slow then about 6 people came in after me. 1 more employee came up from the back. That didn't really help. They were both unorganized and extremely slow. It took 25min to get my sub. I hope management resolves this issue. If they were more organized in sure they will profit more. I almost walked out.
