Ate here for the first time on 12/07/25. For sandwich, fries & drink the total was $18.72! The chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. The fries were over cooked with most too brown. They put the fries in the paper bag loose not in a container therefore they touch the container the sandwich is in. Fries definitely need to be placed in something, not loose in a bag.

Love Super Chix! I compare it to Daves and IMO its just as good if not better. I tried the tenders this time. Theyre juicy and flavorful. Staff was friendly and helpful. If yer lookin for a chicken spot, go ahead and mark Chicafila off yer list and add Super Chix. Nashville spicy sandwich is awesome as well. 5/5 all around!

They attempted to double charge me. When I pointed out the problem, they offered no apology or even talked work me in any way. They did refund the money, but acted like I was inconveinving them.

Definitely on my lunch spot rotation. Food was excellent and the service and staff were wonderful.
I ordered 3 things. Tenders, salad and fries. I was asked about whether I wanted salt on my fries. Yes. How many of the dressings I wanted. 4 What did I get? Salad and Tenders. No fries, no sauce. 33% of my order is missing. I got back to my hotel, parked in a parking garage, and presented my husband who wasn't feeling up to going out, with ½ a meal, while I ate a dry salad. Do I blame myself for not emptying out the entire to go bag on their counter to see if it was right? Sure. (I could have held up the ordering line, if there was one. But there wasn't. Not one order after me, so not busy.) The real blame, is not having a simple ck list to ensure the order is correct. I saw a mgr come out and look around the dining area while I was waiting. Perhaps next time he could actually get involved in managing. Thanks for a miserable experience and stealing my money for food you didn't prepare for me.

Went here for lunch today for the first time, I’ve had catering before but never come myself in person. I was truly impressed! Customer service and overall atmosphere were both wonderful.
Everything came out way faster than we were expecting— it was HOT and SUPER fresh, and absolutely delicious. We got chicken tenders, fries, and a buffalo chicken sandwich. We also tried all of the sauces and there literally wasn’t a bad one in the bunch! We don’t live close by but this will definitely will be somewhere we will come back to if we’re in the area!
Best chicken place around, hands down! The food and service were excellent. Everything was fresh and hot, my chicken was moist, and my fries were crispy. The employees were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the music was a little loud for my taste, but easily tolerable. Overall, an excellent experience!
