I enjoyed my meal but I would not eat here again if I had a choice.
Nashville Hot is a fickle mistress. One that's difficult to get right. You really have to have a fine balance between the heat and good flavor. Unfortunately Super Chix decides to go full on heat which does leave the flavor lacking.
The fries are plentiful and pretty good and my wife's chicken sandwich was large and she enjoyed it. Service was good, very friendly folks.
The prices are pretty insane I will say that. Very expensive. They also advertise jumbo chicken tenders but take a look at the photos and let me know if you think that the ones I was served really deserve that moniker.
There are certainly better places to get chicken in Huntsville. I personally was disappointed based on the high review score. The group we ate wish shared similar sentiments, especially regarding price.

On this visit we ended up getting the chicken tender family meal. Which comes with tenders, fries, and a salad. Everything was very fresh and delicious! Everything was steaming hot when we got it as well. My family and I love going to this location in Huntsville. Would highly recommend and we will for sure be back.

The chicken is good but overpriced. The fries are very thin and often overcooked until brittle and crunchy. They fill the sauce cups up about 1/3 full. The custard is the phenomenal

The service and atmosphere are great. The buffalo chicken sandwich was decent, the filets were pretty big, no complaints there. I had never tried custard before but I figured I might as well since it’s in the name. Not only did it not disappoint, I loved it. I will be going back soon!

First thing is first, what they did right. The restaurant is nice. It’s too noisy for my liking, but people in general today don’t control their heathen children or have any manners, so that’s not really the fault of the restaurant. The chicken sandwiches are tender, sized nicely, and juicy. The tea is on point…and the ranch…yum! They certainly have something here, it just needs a little awakening. What is in need of improvement? The chicken has very little flavor. This could be easily addressed by aggressively seasoning their breading before applying it to the chicken. Get some cayenne in there for a touch of warmth, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and a few other things. That would make the sandwich pop! They have some super creative ideas so all they need is to step up the execution. The fries, not impressed at all except for the portion size which blew me away. I ordered a large Cajun fry and basically got the entire restaurant which was super impressive. They were wayyyyyyy over done. I basically got a pile of potato chips on my plate with essentially zero seasoning. I included a picture which shows some good fries in the top, everything under it let much to be desired. A French fry needs a lite crisp bite on the outside with actual potato on the inside. Cook them less! I couldn’t even eat them with a fork as they simply disintegrated when you’d try to stick em. And season the fries, when I ask for Cajun I expect some heat. Y’all have something here, truly. It just needs a little help.

I always like to be fair in my reviews, so let’s start with the good. The atmosphere was nice but packed. Generally the patrons with kids fail to moderate their kids behavior, so be prepared for a very annoying meal. The chicken breast is juicy, massive, and cooked to perfection. I only got the simple sandwich fried to compare to other plain sandwiches with just pickle for flavor. The portions are very generous. If you order a large fry, you better be prepared for a tray full. The house brewed tea was stellar.
Now, the not so good. I ordered a large fry and got potato chips. They were so over cooked even eating with a fork would result in crumbs. The Cajun seasoning was nearly non-existent. Most fries tasted like burned oil. Of the tray full of potato chips, I was able to eat maybe 1/4 of them. Next up, the taste of the simple fried chicken. It was literally bread and chicken. No real taste profile to speak of.
Overall, I’m giving a three star for my experience. Maybe some of the other sandwiches would be more flavorful, but you shouldn’t sell a plain sandwich if the plain sandwich doesn’t taste like something.
