The food was overprice, 6 piece of chicken for 18 dollars and it doesn’t even include with a drink and a side, the food tasted like it came out of the sink and server pretty much was asleep, and the whole place was falling apart, lights keeping going on and off

But I have to knock it down based on two things: 1) They asked for a tip on the credit card machine - anytime a tip is asked for before service is provided, I find it distasteful. It's fast food, not a table service restaurant. Just have the tip cup. 2) It took forever to get the food. Wasn't even that busy.

I cater from Super Chix quite often and there is a reason I keep coming back! They always make it such an easy process from the ordering to pick up. They always bring my order out the my car and take great care of us! The quality of their food is very good! When I order this for catering everyone gets so excited because they love it! I am a big fan of Super Chix!

Nashville Hot is a fickle mistress. One that's difficult to get right. You really have to have a fine balance between the heat and good flavor. Unfortunately Super Chix decides to go full on heat which does leave the flavor lacking.
The fries are plentiful and pretty good and my wife's chicken sandwich was large and she enjoyed it. Service was good, very friendly folks.
The prices are pretty insane I will say that. Very expensive. They also advertise jumbo chicken tenders but take a look at the photos and let me know if you think that the ones I was served really deserve that moniker.
There are certainly better places to get chicken in Huntsville. I personally was disappointed based on the high review score. The group we ate wish shared similar sentiments, especially regarding price.

On this visit we ended up getting the chicken tender family meal. Which comes with tenders, fries, and a salad. Everything was very fresh and delicious! Everything was steaming hot when we got it as well. My family and I love going to this location in Huntsville. Would highly recommend and we will for sure be back.
