Always clean. Always good. Tonight was extra special. If you have ever seen “ratatouille” when Anton Ego has a flashback from his mother’s cooking, I had that same experience. I come from Korean descent. My grandma used to make all sorts of Korean dishes. I had the Seoul to Sea dish and it made me think back to my grandmothers cooking. The presentation of their sushi is gorgeous, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The restaurant is kid-friendly with a menu and cute Japanese cartoon cats all around. The staff provide excellent service to ensure a great dining experience. The owner and chef strive to make every visit memorable, and the place often surprises guests with special touches. The sushi is beautiful and has an authentic taste. The sauces were made with love. The Seoul to Sea dish unlocks wonderful memories.
