Most Taco Bell’s are amazing but this one always makes me sad. No one in the line at 1230am and they say it’s going to take over 30 minutes to get my order. It’s always something with this Taco Bell.
These people are totally terrible ! Do not waist your time going there! They refused to take my Order and insisted I use the drive through to order ! They were too lazy to take my order… Very very RUDE!!! Manager, if you could call her that was extremely disrespectful ! WOW!!

Advertising breakfast upon drive in I was informed that they do not carry any breakfast at all anymore. If you do not sell it please done advertise it.
All because I was right in the location I ordered my food, whoever the lady in the drive thru was had an attitude. Handed me my food with attitude, no greeting or anything. Just nasty. Ppl should be more kind to the customers considering it’s us that spend our money that gets you the hours you do have.

Honest Review for Taco Bell Near Huntsville Hospital
I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell, and I feel like people should know about it. I had just left Huntsville Hospital with a broken leg and, since I was on foot, I made the difficult walk to this location to grab some food. When I arrived, I was met with immediate hostility from the manager.
Despite the store being open for hours more, the manager was already mopping the floors and acted like my presence was a huge inconvenience. Instead of offering even a basic level of customer service, they rudely told me to leave and even went as far as to say, "You knew you came at the wrong time." That alone was shocking—what kind of restaurant turns away paying customers just because they’re cleaning early?
Not only was this an awful experience, but it also showed a complete lack of empathy, especially considering my obvious injury. A little kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately, I didn’t receive even an ounce of it here. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d advise others to take their business elsewhere to a place that actually values customers.
