I’m disappointed in Taco Bell and the food we had received. For $24, (8 tacos), you’d assume it would have been quality food. While, the Beefy-5 layer was filled (not sure if it wasn’t expired - long story) but the soft Tacos were bare to the bone. When we showed them, they said that’s normal.

Nothing done about it but I’ll let you be the judge if this is normal.

Chicken was old and burnt for the chicken burritos could of done way better very disappointed and dissatisfied spent 60$ and couldn’t even eat the food it was so old

Normally come here because the other Taco Bell’s in the area either forget my food, or they don’t make it right. This time they forgot both of my soft tacos that I paid for and I was so upset I normally check the bag but I trusted this Taco Bell I always have a good experience here but I am beyond disappointed! Just tell me you’re not going to make it so I don’t pay for it and don’t even get what I paid for thanks! Do better

The food was good. I think it's crazy that I can't order at the register but, I'm getting use to it. And the manager was so loud and obnoxious that my bf and I chose to eat outside.

Online order pickup in drive thru. Useless to customize your order, they make it their way regardless. Specified sauces for each item. When employee at window was asked if sauces and napkins were in the order, he seemed very irritated and reached under the counter and grabbed handfuls of each sauce and extremely large amount of napkins. When I arrived home I counted 84 packs if sauces and over 100 napkins. I only had 6 items and had only specified 24 packs of sauce. There were 60 packs of sauces that were wasted. I have been to this location and several other Taco Bell locations in the past and after paying for my order was told they were out of most of the sauces or all of their sauces. It's very aggravating to order dinner for your family and after paying for your food being told that there are no packets of sauces available and you have to eat your food dry. Or asking for napkins because your eating your lunch in the car because it took so long to get your order and being told that their out of napkins. I can see why there's always a shortage of sauces and napkins if other employees are wasting products like this particular employee did. Spoke with someone in managerial position the next morning at the store and she didn't seem interested or concerned in what I had to say. If managers cut down on employee waste then it would help reduce price increases on your food.

if i could give service a zero star i would. the workers here are by far the laziest i’ve seen. they sit out front and smoke while your in the drive thru waiting g for them to get done to take your order. i’m the mornings they don’t get the store open until 9:30-10 and it’s suppose to be open at 9 but it never is. always the same two workers cars in the morning parked they just don’t wanna work. this is the worst taco bell in huntsville and it’s the employees fault.

The Case of the Missing Chicken

I ordered the Grande Nachos, Slow Roasted Chicken and apparently my chicken is now in witness protection. Not one piece appeared. I checked the box, shook it, even whispered, “Come back, I forgive you” but nothing. The nachos just stared at me like, Sorry, buddy, we can’t tell you where it went. I also ordered a bean burrito, which wasn’t too bad.

Then came the money fiasco. My total was $9.03. I gave the cashier $20. She handed me back six dollars and… some change. Some change??? I double checked my math. My math double checked me. Still wrong. Tried to tell her, but she vanished into the next customer’s order.

No receipt. No chicken. Just me, a sad nacho box, and a bean burrito standing in for the missing poultry like an understudy who didn’t know their lines.

The service here is awful, and has been for years. Every time I come through the drive through the order is wrong, incomplete or both. It amazes me how Taco Bell has zero care in their quality control. I already know it’s not the best quality in food, but at least you could make sure people are getting what they are paying for. Absolute ripoff of a location!

The manager was really rude towards me lied about my total . I gave him $4.10 dollars in cash first . Then he went to a other drawer and charged the whole total on my card. He is saying he put the cash amount on the receipt $7.96 and he did not. He charged the whole total on my card.that was$12.06. when I went back in told him he was so nasty and rude. He was trying to steal my money. I never had a problem before there. After today we are not be back anytime soon.

I live pretty far off i just work in the area and yea easily this is the best taco bell I've been to. You expect a simple and familiar experience (honestly that would be enough to make me happy) but they actually do go above and beyond and the workers are actually happy which is just a very refreshing thing to see
