Very unprofessional. I pull up to get a doordash at 12:29 and not one other customer is here but they DEMAND i pull around to the double doors because they just started making the order and their timer is already in the red. I asked what that had to do with me and they demanded i pull up. I’m good on yall.

The staff was not very attentive when I came in to place my order. I have not been to a taco bell in several years so I don't know if the quality of food has gone downhill or if it was just this location.

This location needs to just be shut down. The food is absolutely disgusting. I took one bite and could tell this food was old and had been sitting out for lord knows how long. So disappointing and a waste of money.

I have tried to order online many times. Either the order is not prepared correctly, it is not ready upon my arrival, usually both. I can usually get the order faster just by going through the drive thru. No one seems to care if the order is correct or not.

Once again sitting in the drive through at night for 15-20 minutes waiting on service. Me and one other car in line. It happens a lot. Missing an item 4 times out of 5 or they mess an item up. The staff is always so nice, though, so it is not their attitude that gets the rating. Just lack of service.Edit: I have to point out that the breakfast crew is always awesome and on top of it and friendly.

They messed up my last two orders. Last time we waited in the drive through line for about 10, maybe 15 minutes. The order taker was outside arguing with someone in a car in the front parking lot. they forgot our nacho fries. This time they forgot the nacho fries, a taco, and a cinnamon twist, and hit on my wife. If you’re trying to spend money on cold food that you only get half of with weirdos working the window, wouldn’t recommend.

I know many people give Taco Bell bad reviews, and I think many are misguided. TC is not upscale, and doesn't try to be. On Xmas eve I was just after a quick but delicious meal, and three taco supremes fit the bill. My order was served up quickly, and they were starting their holiday party so I went outside to eat (that was my plan any way). A manager came to me and gave me a travel cup saying she had extras! What a lovely gesture!

I highly would not recommend going to this location. Whom ever worked the drive through on 12/20 was very rude and had an attitude while taking our order. Once we got to the window to pay for our meals. We were told they had to make a new batch of nacho fries. We waited patiently but once we got our food (we had driven off by the time I checked the bag) EVERYTHING WAS COLD. INCLUDING THE FRIES!!. We were also missing a couple items we had ordered as well. Do not recommend!!

I always try to be polite and patient with people working in the service/food industry, because it is a tough job and tip generously. Unfortunately, this area of town has a major drug problem and most of the workers, especially one of the drive-through workers, always appears high, unattentive, and disoriented. They tend to forget drinks, napkins, spoons/forks, and other items often when you order. This is during times where it is not overly busy. To top it off, I got food poisoning today from the order I purchased close to 3pm CST. Due to this, I had no other choice but to finally write a review of my experience here, so Taco Bell corporate(or franchise owner) can order drug tests for the entire crew that works at this location. Perhaps if I ever dare to go again and the crew is better staffed, I will raise the rating.

Ever since this location moved to a new , larger building, the service absolutely is atrocious. I don't know who owns this exact franchise, but they need to know, the service stinks.I can't tell you how many times over the last year, that they are out of certain food items. For example, last week, as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru, the guy says, " we're out of beef, chicken, fries and chips". Frequently, they close early, not sure why. It's just an all around terrible experience. I only go there when I absolutely have to now.
