Food has always been dodgy. Low rating is for the drastic change in quality so suddenly. Manager says corporate got on them about portion sizes. The bowl I usually get is about 1/3 the size it used to be. Drove in 20 degree weather once I realized that the majority of my food wasn't even in the bowl I paid $9 for, and was told that corporate told them to crack down on portion sizes.
So for essentially three spoonfuls of rice with chicken on top, that is now $9, and you should be ok with that. No thanks.
Workers have always been rude and obnoxiously laugh through the intercom while you're trying to order. I loved having one so close and convenient to my house. But unfortunately this one has gone ridiculously downhill. Oh well.
Edit: in good faith, they did offer me more lettuce! Thought he was joking. Lol

Didn't even taste like taco bell. Food was cold also.. customer service wasn't bad but we paid for edible food and threw away half the order due to the flavor. Even tried heating it up and that wasn't it. This location has fallen off for a long time I should've known better than going back there. Food is part of the service so low score for that as well. Don't go here I usually drive to the one on university or South parkway. Sad you have to drive a distance away from where you live to get better food service from the same food chain. Just left the food was good the girl in the drive-thru was awesome like always. I know sometimes this location is hit and miss but lately they been on point. Love yall and we appreciate everything yall do.

Sat in the drive through for a few minutes nothing but silence "I was literally the only customer" at 9:30 am , finally they ask what I want then before I can order they day of by the way we don't serve breakfast at this location anymore. If it's on the menu why don't you serve it it's ridiculous that this location is the least busy but they are always either out of something or they don't make it anymore. You need new employees.

Worst taco bell always has some problem and unable to fulfill any order even a online order that was already paid for. Unhelpful and Goodluck canceling your order and getting a refund. Would leave 0 stars if that was a option.

If I could leave -5 stars I would. In the last 2 months I've been here 4 times. Every time I am told they can't make mexican pizza because they don't have the boxes for them. I went back tonight, on a Friday night I might add, and once again no boxes. I then ordered 6 regular crunchy beef tacos. I was told there was no lettuce for the tacos. Now I am wondering why is this location still open. If there are items that they do not want to make why not take them off the menu. I will never go back to this location

It wasn't nothing spectacular food was out pretty fast . I will say the employees were nice but the bathroom was really dirty it definitely needed to be clean as well as the lobby.
