Apparently the employees that work there cannot tell time. They are supposed to be open until 3am on Saturdays and 2am the rest of the week but since the employees can't comprehend what time it is they will close at 12:35 or 1:15 or my favorite is when they say "yes were open but were only doing doordash orders but we are not taking any drive thru orders." Worst taco bell I've ever been to...

Only rating a 3 because it seems their POS is cash only a lot here lately and once in line (if you don't have cash) you have to stay put just to leave.However, once I realized that I could just place a mobile order, I got back in line and ordered. The staff only consisted of 2 people that night and the young lady that waited on me was very patient and helpful.I GIVE THE WORKERS 5 STARS.

Says they were open until 3am but they just decided to not answer the drive thru at all. Then I tried calling them and they took the phone off the hook. So we drove up to the window and they said the were closed at 1am. How are you gonna close 2 hours earlier than your listed time?

Our order was messed up. I ordered in the online app and still had to wait 20 minutes. Our nacho bell grande's didn't have sour cream when I ordered extra, also it had very few chips. I ordered jalapeños on the side and they were all over it. I ordered 11 hot sauce and 11 mild sauce there was none with the order.

The customer service is piss poor, from the morning time manager in the drive thru. She works every morning. She rushes people through their order and hands out cold food. How are you a manager trying to run a restaurant with bad customer service? Bad customer service is not good for business. You should set the standard for the other workers that you lead.

Doors locked even during lunch lines slow.. why are the doors locked? The service standards are getting worse and worse… we’re tired of it.. hire more people if that’s the issue.. pay more if you can’t get the people.. simple.. stop trying to provide us trash service.

I ordered a Nacho belle grande..the chips was STALE..theSteak Chalupa was very messy and tasted strange..my 2 hard shell tacos was greasy and didn't have lettuce..this was on ,2 different occasions.. when I went back I asked the person at the window did they have any fresh chips THIS TIME.. UNACCEPTABLE!!!.,FOOD IS ENTIRELY TOO EXPENSIVE FOR IT TO BE GIVEN TO A PERSON IN THIS MANNER

My wife stopped by at N. Parkway Taco Bell Sunday to pick up some lunch. She got me one chalupa supreme and one taco supreme. Now this is the absolute truth, there was not a teaspoon of meat on either one! Come on people, I am probably one of the easiest people to satisfy that you will ever wait on, but that is terrible! I just cannot enjoy a taco shell and a chalupa shell with just lettuce, unripe tomato squares and shredded cheese.I know you people can do better because you have in the past.
