People acted odd, food wasn't very fresh, crunchy tacos were crushed, and they didn't even get the order right. If I could leave a zero star I would.

Fire the friday night crew they be lying saying they system down.

They lied and said their system was down, but then a second person came back on the speaker and checked in my mobile order. We could even see our order on the screen. They kept saying the system was down, but that they could still make our food — it would just take about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, the whole crew was hanging out in the parking lot. All I wanted was a refund, but no one could tell me how to get one, and I wasn’t able to request a refund through the app because they had already checked my order in.

Placed an order through the app for 11 food items + 2 drinks for my family of 4. I received 6 food items and the drinks. That’s literally half the order. They were out of so much stuff, but I was never asked for a substitution or anything like that. The app is AWFUL with contacting customer service which is honestly crazy in this big year of 2025. The woman handling the drive thru this evening was super sweet and doesn’t deserve to have to deal with this poorly managed location.

I did a mobile order and the service was fast and they were nice enough to give me a cup of ice in the drive thru. Had to pull over and go in for the sauces I ordered but I’m not complaining because the service was fast and friendly! The interior is still the old school Taco Bell nostalgia

I was eating my burrito and in the middle of it was a piece of plastic!! I’m really glad I looked down before I bit into it!! This is crazy and I’ve never had this happen before. Check your food before you take bites if you get it from this location.

The cooks clearly don’t know the difference in the tacos…. My order is still wrong and was remade TWICE. Wish is very inconvenient when you’re on your lunch break.

Food is normally good but I door dashed today in the app twice bc I thought the first door dasher just canceled on me. The second one messaged me and said they think the store is closed down bc no one will answer the door or drive thru. I called the store and they said I’d have to call the help line bc they can’t help with door dash. They mentioned nothing abt being closed and obviously answered the phone so I’m unsure on what happened

The only good thing about this place is that it looks like the original Taco Bell. Quesadillas are always cold and uncut, always out of something I’m starting to think the employees are just too lazy to make anything. Do not go here…

The food will always be fine if it’s made correctly. It’s the customer service. I do not understand why people have to be so rude… and the food was fine was not fresh, but it was still fine. Would be even better if the employees were nice.
