Yulicia was very rude to me. She told me I could NOT add anything to my order in D.T. once I arrived at the pay/pick up window. Then, my food was made incorrectly and she insisted I take it anyways and said I should just be grateful for what I get

Quick service, but make sure to check your bag. I was missing part of my order and had to walk in after pulling away from the drive thru. I always check my order, but I know many don't. Having to go inside to get the rest of my order was inconvenient...since I had ordered prior to, online. They were very nice about it, but I still have to give them 3 stars in all honesty.

Can’t even follow basic instructions I literally asked for a chicken taco supreme no tomato a 5 layer burrito grilled and cheese roll up add ground beef got home everything was wrong tomato’s all on the chicken taco supreme 5 layer burrito wasn’t even grilled and the cheese roll up ha it was just a ground beef soft taco with regular cheese not even melted. And when I called to let them know the lady is like mistakes do happen bro every fudging time I doubt it and I know I’m not the only person every time I asked for something customized I get the opposite of what I order please get it together

🤮🤢🤮 My food was slimy and quite obviously tainted. It didn't smell right, and it definitely didn't taste right. Sick for 3 days afterwards. Couldn't finish eating what I bought. I will never be back. IMO STAY AWAY!

Start telling people you're out of sauce instead of putting another on without informing them, especially when we pay for extra. And y'all putting on a different sauce without telling anyone will result in giving someone an allergic reaction one day it's bullshit people know when it's creamy jalapeno sauce instead of Chipotle

Order inaccurate and missing items. Upon eating said order, discovered a mistake. Manager insisted that he made no mistake and left the sauce out, yet clearly seeing sauce coming out of the items in question after being bitten into. Insinuated that I've put it there. Ultimately He did remake the two items.

I like taco bell.It seems to have gotten better over the last few years.I like the fact that you can make up your own little box.When you order online over the app, I love the chilluppa.The matrotes tulupa is not on there, but I feel like it in the chulipate with a lot of my meals.It's really cool that you can custom your own little box.

I went trough drive through and waited 20 minutes for my food and the place was slow I ordered a lux cravings box and a 5 layer burrito the chalupa was missing from the lux cravings box and the food tasted bad the communication was also horrible would not recommend going to this Taco

The absolute FILTHIEST Taco Bell I've ever been in in my life. Actually, dirtiest fast food place PERIOD. We ordered to dine in, but when we tried to find somewhere to sit, every single table was filthy. Food crumbs and grime on every, single, table. The place was empty except one couple. 2 employees were sitting out in the lobby, several more in the back so no excuse why that place hadn't been cleaned in God knows how long. The floor was just as bad, filthy and sticky. I had my 3 year old with me and had to restrain him from teaching ANYTHING in there. It was so disgustingly nasty.
