This was my 3rd time coming to this drive thru. I wish I that I would’ve went to a different one. All three times the staff forgot to add the correct items for each meal I ordered. And fair warning do not make any substitutions or modifications to your meal as they wouldn’t be honored. Overall terrible experience each time, will not return.

So of course, I ordered combo the nine dollar box specifically told the gentleman after he accuses me of whispering. I want the hard taco soft.. Of course, once I got home, it was a hard taco. It took me six phone calls to get them to answer the phone and of course they wanted me to come back right then which would’ve made the rest of my food cold , because the only was willing to replace the taco…
Over and over again every few months, I try to give them a try, knowing that Management changed on a regular basis and most restaurants . Behold, this is probably the worst Taco Bell. I have been to in all my life every time there’s an issue every time there’s an attitude every time I regret it.

I just left this Taco bell, they missed half of my order!!! wasn't in my bag! I spent over $50.00 to feed my family. Missing 2 (2pack) burrito dippers, 12 Cinnabon delights, 2 large fries! I tried to go inside to get it fixed BUT THE DOORS ARE ALWAYS LOCKED at this location! They don't answer the phone! Are ghetto as hell! I want a REFUND and will NEVER EVER come to this facility again! MGR NEEDS TO GET THESE PEOPLE IN CHECK AND TEACH THEM CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO CORPORATE IF U WONDER WHY UR INSIDE SALES ARE DOWN...ITS BECAUSE THEY NEVER HAVE LOBBY OPEN NOMATTER THE TIME.

Absolutely atrocious Taco Bell. The food is OK but the service is so bad. Like what do u mean I’ve been waiting at the counter for almost 5 minutes and MANY people looked at me. It was late and no one was there. They are so rude and do not want to work. I guess u can come for a last resort.

Went to Taco Bell yesterday tried to order a nacho Bell grande they didn't have any chips for the meal so I asked her could they substitute the nacho fries instead of the chips they said they couldn't do it I told her I've done it here before all you do is just charge for the fries and then for the nacho Bell grande but she just kept saying they couldn't do it and I knew that was wrong she was rude too about it so I just got some nacho fries and payed for them and pull on off but I've been there before and asked that to be done and it was done😠

I would leave no stars if I could, my girl went thru the drive thru and the worker pulled my girlfriend up and the guy that brought the food out told her she needed to get out of the car so he could see how pretty she is highly inappropriate he tryd more then once to get her out of the car I could head on the phone DO NOT GO HERE AT NIGHT NOT SAFE!!
