Went to Taco Bell yesterday tried to order a nacho Bell grande they didn't have any chips for the meal so I asked her could they substitute the nacho fries instead of the chips they said they couldn't do it I told her I've done it here before all you do is just charge for the fries and then for the nacho Bell grande but she just kept saying they couldn't do it and I knew that was wrong she was rude too about it so I just got some nacho fries and payed for them...
So I went through the drive thru earlier today and we had a big order. 3 craving boxes, 2 cheesy roll ups and some orders of fries. Anyway I noticed after I left they forgot the cheesy roll ups. I called back and they knew exactly what order it was and offered to make fresh ones and more for me since I was coming back. I indeed came back for them because they are my toddlers favorite item they have there. They gave me extra and even another drink too! They went above and beyond....
I ordered at the kios and selected pay with cash. I waited 5 minutes and finally asked the two people standing at the drive thru window, with their back turned to the counter, if my order had been processed. The girl looked to the screen nearest her and said there were no order pending.
