Slowest Taco Bell service ever, food portions were smaller and tasted horrible, definitely won’t be back to this Taco Bell. They skip customers in line and I even saw a worker hit his vape while working. I’m gonna report this location to YUM!

When you’re the DD and your friend insists on food on the way home, Taco Bell is one of the only late night players in the game. The other customer vehicles are sometimes a drag and the wait can be a bit much but that isn’t necessarily the fault of this fine eatery. I’ve always heard a friendly voice coming through that aging speaker at this location.

They had one job and still cant do it correctly! The Cantina Chicken Bowl was suppose to have Chicken... NO CHICKEN was in my bowl, just rice and vegetables. They wont answering the phone when I was calling. Very upset customer and dont have money to spend on orders thats not right.

Waited over 20 minutes for food. I was in a hurry and this place served others food who walked in well after I did. They don’t care about their customers or getting food made in a decent timeframe. If I could inspire left zero stars. Don’t waste your time or money here. Trash establishment
The cleanest restaurant we have been in in decades. All tables and chairs in proper place and neatly arranged. The Lady that took our order was very friendly and bubbly. A very nice change. Food hot and well made. Will go back to that Taco Bell again.

I don’t recommend this location at all. You’ll be greeted with bad attitudes from the employees and management. I originally waited 15 minutes for my food, just for when I received it to be cold. I called and spoke with management and she told me to come up to the store and as long as I have my receipt I am fine. I arrive at the store maybe 45minutes to a hour later, and the manager tells me she hasn’t spoken to anyone all day, and she “won’t be replacing anything today” so I tell her I can show her the phone call we had (even though it should never be this deep) which I showed her, she proceeded to ask what was wrong with the order? & I tell her the food was cold not to mention I was missing a crunch wrap, and she slams the sliding door in my face mid sentence of her saying she’ll replace only the crunch wrap, and I said naw replace the whole thing? The rest of the food was cold, & untouched. Not mention I brought the box back with the food still in it!!!!!! & she snatches the receipt & tells me in a certain tone & attitude “ I’ll just refund it”………. Im not the type to go back and forth with anyone especially about food but this lady here most definitely did it for me. I asked her name & it’s Amber.

I’m VERY Pissed off right now, I usually go to the store and get the food myself, but today I decided to DoorDash it to my work for me and my bf.
I got a discovery lux box with the steak chalupas. I RECEVED ONE STEAK CHALUPA AND MY SECOND “steak chalupa” was BEEF for one. And two they completely forgot our drinks to give to the dasher.
I called the store and they pretty much said *reading in between the lines here* “well it’s not our fault you received your food wrong”
I got mad at her and explained that “they weren’t the ones to mess up the food, I used to do DoorDash, you guys getting the food correct/wrong has nothing to do the delivery person picking up a sealed bag of food” DoorDash doesn’t make the food, YOU GUYS do. Huntsville’s fast food places all need to fire people and the managers.. if your employees can’t bother to get someone’s order done correctly and FULLY then you shouldn’t be working at a fast food place.
I got a full refund from DoorDash because of this, and it’s not the first time I’ve had issues at this store. I’m hungry and VERY mad right now since I won’t be able to eat till around 6:30ish tonight

No one greeted me when I walked in. I was there to pick up an order. I was never asked if I was there to pick up an order nor was it ever said to me that my order was ready. I was in there for maybe 20mins without any service. The staff were cussing in the establishment as well. Not a good look.
