Guacamole had a taste of rotten fruit. And no chips and cheese and Cinnabon 12pack. I’ve noticed chips and cheese are missing near the window. So got it. But didn’t notice Cinnabon straight away. So.. got nothing.
Bad Taco Bell. Workers do not pay attention to what they are doing and selling spoiled stuff, which is unacceptable.

It's not too bad if you know how to order for one of those things on the wall but it's always good to be able to speak to somebody and tell them what you want. Mama's favorite place to go get her a quick fix another word to couple of taquitos yep that's right.

The ambiance was exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The meals were served hot, with precise temperature control, and were simply delightful. The team members greeted you with politeness and esteem from the moment you placed your order at the Drive-through. The food was delivered promptly. I highly recommend revisiting this particular Taco Bell if you seek top-notch service. I'm not from the Huntsville area but was in Madison for a Dr. visit. The Taco Bell's in my hometown leave a whole lot to be desired. This Taco Bell blew my socks off! Our soft tacos were so loaded and the seasoning on the meat, well, they were just plum delicious. If I want tacos again, I'll wait until I'm back in the area and go to this Taco Bell. Friendly staff and clean store were added pluses. Highly recommend this particular location.

Door dasher was great.
I’ve had better gas station tacos shit dry as hell and my dasher waited 2 hours for this food.
It was sewer trash would not recommend.

Previously, I had forgotten my meal after receiving my drink in a rush to get to the hospital for a family member admitted through the ER. I immediately called the customer service hotline to inform of my issue since one can never get calls through to an individual in a franchise. I was informed to wait three business days for someone to reach out to me and provide my refund. The customer service is outsourced to another country, so I hoped they would comply. I did not receive a follow-up call nor my refund to the card used for this transaction. So, I made another call after alotting them 5 business days. I was informed that I would be contacted within another 3 business days, and they apologized for the slip-up on their end. After much patience, I provided, and with little time available, I went to the restaurant. Upon entering the location, I was not acknowledged for 10 minutes as the front end was not attended but an employee had seen my original entry but did not seek to assist or inform me that someone would be able to attend, nor did this individual inform anyone I was waiting. Red flag number one! The second mishap, was when the manager was informed of my refund situation, to where she proceeded to complain and say that she would not give me a refund due to the time frame elapsed (a few weeks), even with the receipt in hand. I explained in detail, of my reaching out to customer service and the lack of resolution in that aspect, plus the hardship of finding time to get to the restaurant for the refund due to family member's immediate medical care necessity which took precedence. Never once did I receive any compassionate understanding or empathy for the dilemma. I had to wait further while the manager called her superior for monies owed me. When I finally was provided this refund; I never received an apology for any inconvenience I experienced. I do not recommend this franchise location and will truly have to reconsider giving my business to a company that has lost the ability to train their employees, compassion, and tact. As well as the restaurant interior being filthy.

I placed an order to be picked up at 6:16 pm on Saturday the 26th of October, when I got there to pick up my food, I was informed that it was made around 4 pm, and had been sitting there for 2 hours, and the manager refused to remake my food, stating that it was my problem, well since it's my problem, that store just lost a customer. What bs, and the disrespect.
