Used to be a young man with tattoos that managed late nights. He was really nice and ran a great crew. I haven't seen him in months now and it just isnt the same. Looks dirty inside now and the bathrooms always smell bad. We will not be back until new management or the young man comes back. Management matters.

Ordered and barely sat down and our food was ready, I have to order special for an allergy and it came out hot, fresh and fast. Restaurant was clean and workers were all friendly. Sarah the manager made sure all jobs were being done. Great job Sarah and all the workers. Anytime we travel through huntsville we'll stop in here!

We just left the drive thru and the girl kept calling my husband baby like 5 times. Very disrespectful. Then he noticed his chicken tasted funny so we opened up the chalupas and noticed it's CANNED chicken. Seriously get it together and maybe train your female employees how to be respectful.

My favorite Taco Bell in our community. After having bad experiences at the Winchester Rd one, I no longer will get food from there. But this location always has great customer service, food and orders always are right and place is always clean. I make most orders on app and food is always ready when I get there.
