This location is constantly forgetting food from orders… food isn’t always hot either.
Well we were in Huntsville, AL and took grandkids to Taco Bell. Actually very good food. Tacos had fresh lettuce and lots of it. Came home, went to Taco Bell and same old limp pile of just okay Taco. This review is for Huntsville store.
Excellent experience & food
Doors locked tonight at 7PM - no explanation
Worst fast food restaurant in the continental US and that’s not an exaggeration whatsoever. They are constantly out of basic items, or in my personal opinion, too lazy to make the food so they lie and say they’re out of it. They consistently “put the food away” 20-30 minutes prior to the posted closing time. And they frequently include toppings/ingredients that were specifically requested to be left off. I don’t want to throw everyone there under the bus because I’ve encountered 1 or 2 employees that actually did a good job, but the overwhelming majority are completely inept full grown adults. All in all, this location should be shut down completely or undergo a staff overhaul due to the numerous instances showing a lack of basic skills and integrity.
Terrible customer service and it's so slow, in no universe should it take someone thirty minutes to make a three item order with an otherwise empty store
Food was decent , but the area was not ideal .

Just know to check your bags everyyyyy time before you drive off! They will screw up your order more times than not. I live near by and go here once a week and literally it’s screwed up allll the time. The environment isn’t what you would expect. Just be prepared to hear cursing and loud mouths from behind the counter.

This is the best Taco Bell - even late at night. They're fast, they're kind, they're great. I'd take them all to Disney if I could.

**Worst Taco Bell Ever - Avoid at All Costs**
I have given the Baily Cove Taco Bell in Jones Valley, Huntsville, Alabama, far too many chances, and each visit has been worse than the last. **Not once** have I received my order correctly—**NOT ONCE**. It seems like they take pride in messing things up, whether it's leaving out items, giving me the wrong food, or just throwing it all together like they don't care. It's beyond frustrating.
But that's not even the worst part. On multiple occasions, I’ve smelled marijuana both inside and outside the restaurant. I’ve actually witnessed employees smoking **marijuana in the parking lot**. It’s pretty clear that the employees are more interested in getting high than doing their jobs. The lack of supervision is shocking—it's as if the owner and management have completely checked out and don’t care what goes on. No standards, no care, no professionalism.
This place is an embarrassment to the Taco Bell brand. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and I am emailing corporate to make sure they are aware of the disaster that’s happening here. **Avoid this Taco Bell at all costs.**
Restaurantji Recommends
I have been sitting here waiting on my order for 30 Minutes. It’s evident they get in no hurry here. This is fast food not fine dining.
I worked here for little over a year. As of today I was terminated for coming in on a day I was off and helping the crew when I had permission from the night shift manager. The GM threatened the police to be called if I didn’t leave the property the day of my termination as I was simply seeking an answer for it. The only explanation I got was “You Broke The Rules”. I wouldn’t not recommend eating here nor working.

Gone to get breakfast at this place twice now, both times I arrived ten minutes before breakfast ends according to their website. I’ve gotten breakfast at this location many times at 10:50.
I would ask if breakfast is still being serviced, they said no both times at 10:50.
I swear, I would ask if breakfast if still being served, and the guy on the other side would think, as if he was deciding weather he wanted to even serve breakfast to me or not.
On top of that, they have started charging 2.50 for water.
The water might just be a greedy policy, but I hope the breakfast thing stops at this location soon.

I ordered Taco Bell through door dash, and I order 2 steak and cheese quesadillas with NOOOOO jalapeño sauce on it, and The label on the bag says no jalapeño sauce and they still managed to put it on there. I am highly disappointed because I was wanting that, and I can’t handle spice, they are very lucky that I didn’t have an allergic reaction.

Stopped in at 3pm, Thursday. No one at the counter. 2 people in the dining area with no food, one car in drive through. 4 employees that I counted and not a single one came to the counter to take our order. Of the 4 employees one was working drive through and one was assembling an order. The other 2 were walking around in the back area. After a while the drive through woman made eye contact with me twice but didn't say a dang thing. We left and went to teriyaki madness instead.
