I've noticed a decline in the quality and selection of Whole Foods bakery items. All of the ingredients lists I've checked contain enriched flour and no organic ingredients. We bought an $18 cake last night that has the following ingredients: carrageenan, monoglycerides, diglycerides and polysorbate 80. The ingredients speak for themselves.

Whole Foods is a great place for organic vegetables as well as responsibly sourced meat and seafood. They have products the other stores don’t have. I like the affiliation with Amazon.

I try stopping by most mornings on my way to work to grab breakfast if I haven't had time to make something at home. Usually, I'll grab a breakfast burrito but 9 times out 10 they are never ready on time (or within twenty minutes of opening). This morning when I went in there happened to be someone just coming out to load up the burritos at about 8:10. Since I was in a rush, and I didn't want to just reach in and grab one from her cart I asked the lady if I could please have a bacon burrito. She looked irritated, and fumbled around and pulled a burrito out and barely placed it in my hand, I nearly dropped it as I had other items I was buying so it was awkward trying to adjust my grip while she just stared rudely at me. I paid and get to work and go to open the burrito, think "that's odd how the tortilla is yellow." So I take a bite and realize the lady handed me a tofu burrito. Okay, not the end of the world and I should have double checked what she handed me before I paid. I'm an adult, I'll eat it and move on with my life. UNTIL I take a bite and get this weird custard like substance in my mouth. I'm absolutely disgusted. I sat there and read over the entire ingredients list and there is nothing that was to have been mixed in with the burrito other than the tofu scramble itself. I've had the tofu scramble a couple times before from the regular breakfast buffet so I would remember this weird substance on it. I don't know what it was that was mixed into my burrito, maybe it was custard, more likely it was a glob of grease from cooking, or maybe it was an expired burrito. I'm done with this place. I've had issues with the kitchen breakfast staff before and with how rude they are just when asking a simple question. Unfortunately, I've had good experiences with the few people I've talked to in the lunch crew but one bad apple really does ruin the whole bunch. Whole Foods, you really need to get it together. The timeliness of the food being ready is an annoyance considering most people are rushing to get to work and the breakfast staff can't be bothered to complete the food on time, but the quality of the food is disgusting. People come to Whole Foods because they want to eat healthier, cleaner, or they have specific diet restrictions and mixing in God knows what to your food is an issue that shouldn't be taken lightly because it can have serious consequences.

I totally enjoy shopping at Huntsville's WH. It's the wide food choices, lots of Oranic and GMO products, and resonable prices. In addition, the employees are informed about heathfyl food choices, willing to assist as long as it's needed, and personable. No matter how tired, frustrated, or downtrodden I feel when I enter the store, I always leave feeling energized and in a good mood. I am a believer in energy begets energy, and there's a lot of positive energy in the Huntsville Whole Foods store.

I've frequented several WFM in my day from CA and TX. Yes, this one in Huntsville is smaller with more limited selection for this vegan! But, I am still grateful to have a Whole Foods near me where I can find great organic produce and some vegan options. The prices in organic produce at WFM are starting to be more competitive with Sprouts (my favorite) if you have a Prime Membership. Please bring in more vegan options in the deli/pre-packaged items as well as the cakes! Thanks for reading me!

Always find the somewhat obscure spices I need for cooking international recipes. And, everything is always fresh. Love that using my Amazon Prime is so easy!

Stopped by to get a couple of things and decided to grab lunch on the way out. The employee managing the hot bar was BEYOND rude. She must have been having a bad day. They really should have kept her in the back. Made me want to leave the food right there but I had already put it in the container. Usually the customer service is exceptional but not this time.

We are used to larger Whole Foods stores in Las Vegas and Texas, but this one was nice and clean. It isn't very convenient for us, since we live in Madison, but we are hoping that Amazon adds this location to their home delivery program. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking can get a bit crazy, but not terribly crazy.
Taqueria in Whole Foods is a decent option for prepared food in the grocery store. Service was a little slow, but the food was tasty. The setup and basic options are fairly similar to Moe's or Chipotle.

I'm delighted with the birthday cake I received today. The baker made me a very fun beautiful cake that had natural dyes and quality ingredients. She was really helpful and even recommended some decorations that made the cake come to life! They also do gluten free cakes along with vegan treats.

My favorite grocery store in Huntsville! Customer service here is always at their best!! The produce is fresh and they have a bigger variety than any other stores. Their pressed juices are very healthy and great. They carry a lot of vegan products, unlike any other stores, like delicious oat milk and vegan kit kats. The vegan pizza made to order is the best!! Tip: if you have amazon prime- download the WF app and use the bar code to save $ at check out. It really saves a few dollars.

This whole foods location has a great hot and cold bar along with some other specialty stations that makes it a perfect spot for lunch. You can take it to go order some tables that you can sit at the front of the store. Everything is fresh and temperature controlled and seasoned very well. If there’s a vegetarian in your crowd then there of the very many options available to them as well The only thing I would pass on is the cookies station nearby as one business couple was letting their children graze through the cookies while they were getting their meal. When someone mentioned it to them they just shrugged and went on doing what they were doing. Not sure I would want cookies that were picked up and put down by small children..
