Between here and the converted bus, I've been eating El Cazador's food for about 15 years. I've tried almost all items available, but the tacos are my go-to. Beef cheek, spicy pork, chicken, you name it, it's always delicious, tender, fresh, and full of flavor! I'd like to personally thank the workers there for making all my taco dreams become a taco reality.
This is one of my favorite spots to catch a quick bite or sit and chill with friends and family. The food always tastes so fresh and the pickled carrots/onions/jalapeños are my absolute favorite addition to every dish as well as all the sauces. Tamales are on point! There’s something for everyone and we can feed our family of 6 for a very reasonable price.
It was just kinda bland. Not horrible but a little overpriced for the quality.

Amazing tamales! It’s been hard to find some since leaving San Antonio and these are up there! The staff and team are so quick to respond and very helpful. At pickup the men up front wouldn’t let me try and carry the big containers to my car because they were so ridiculously heavy, and insisted they helped me while I wrangled my two boys, and our lunch order. Absolutely a hsv staple.
I have been eating here for years. I love their tacos and the spicy corn cup! I highly recommend any of their numerous locations in Madison and Huntsville.
I have had half of the items on the menu and dined at four of their locations. Everything is incredible. Never disappoints. It is a must do if you like authentic Mexican food!
Tacos were flavorless. Just tasted vague chicken and then corn tortilla. Definitely not recommended. Guys inside were cool though

I tried the carne asada this trip and was not at all impressed. To be fair, this is a taqueria but the meat was not that well done and seasoned. The rice and beans were delicious. They also had bottled Mexican coke as well!

Tacos had no flavor, were super greasy, and the meat was chewy. I’m also pretty sure I got food poisoning from them but am waiting for the morning to go to the doctor. Customer service was kinda rude but not too bad.

Very good and kind attention. They explain what each dish contains if you want to know. The atmosphere is very good and with Mexican music. I tried asada tacos and they were delicious.

Poor customer service, flavorless Birria tacos, wouldn’t return or recommend
Great, authentic, traditional and affordable tacos. Love it.
