Teriyaki Madness

I worked with Ms. Payton to do a catering order for our office's meeting. We got the chicken teriyaki bar and it was so fulfilling! We had more than enough for everyone and it came perfectly packaged. Payton helped me place the order and the staff was so friendly! Thank you for helping me plan a successful lunch!

We ate there for the first time today, and we will not be back. The steak was old, and my husband has food poisoning. I had the chicken, and it left me with an upset stomach. The portion per price was much too expensive. But we did get some entertainment from our experience when the young lady at the front desk spent at least 10 minutes yelling at someone in the kitchen. There was no ambience--no music and a piece of the wall molding was held on with tape.

U need to eat here because their food is awsome! I had Teriyaki chicken, white rice and veggies and it was AMAZING!!!! If you love Teriyaki places you need to try Teriyaki Madness!

I work in food so no it’s not weird to have employees eating in the lobby but everytime I come in here the front counter person… all their doing is eating… I know their just taking orders and bagging food but I never see them go wash their hands either… it’s a little unprofessional in my opinion food is always good though…

Good taste, portion/price seems reasonable, takeout needs improvement.

Tried the mad spicy steak bowl. The steak, rice, and vegetables were tender, above expectations for chain fast food meals. The sauce was well balanced and blended through the meal. There is additional sauce to add more flavor, but is not needed.

Portion was within expectations for price. Highly recommend downloading the app as it will help you save a little on the price. A meal for 4 may run you around $40, which is getting to be the average for fast food in 2025, but the app deals can drive this down further.

Be cautious of the ventilation in the restaurant. The smoke may be thick and leave you smelling slightly. They do have the option for outdoor seating if the weather cooperates.

Takeout needs improvement. There's a stand hidden to the side for takeout orders, but it's not utilized. When you arrive for pickup, the person at the register may not be present and you wait until they arrive and ask if you want to order. Took some time to get my order, no biggie, others in a rush may want to consider this.

Overall, good food, might return.

Placed order online, got to store and was accused of already picking up my order when I arrived 20 minutes or so after ordering as that's how long it takes to get there from where I live. Called multiple names in Spanish not the least of which was thief. I encourage anyone to rethink ordering from them and eat elsewhere!!!

Although a little expensive, the food and service were both great. To keep carbs lower, I love that they have the option of vegetables versus rice. And the vegetables are wonderful. They have unique sides as well, such as edamame. The place is kid friendly but they don't offer specific kid meals.
