Had dinner with a girlfriend last night - my first time dining here. We arrived early so were able to take advantage of the early dinner menu for $11.99. Many protein options as well as two sides and endless fresh rolls. We both ordered the 6 ounce steak with two sides - it was cooked perfectly and the meal was delicious. Horrible service! Placed an order online. Only to arrive at the store to pick up. Customer service is abysmal! Asked for extra bread didn't mind an additional charge. I was told that there is bread in the bag. Arrived home half the order is missing! Called the store I was told the best they can do is $20 voucher. Won't return to that store even if they pay
