Our waitress was excellent. She didn't hover but came by frequently enough. The food was good, but other establishments serve better seasoned steak. Too many dishes come with bread which seems to serve as a filler. The sides were good. The margaritas have less alcohol than their competitors and are served in bigger glasses with more ice.

I've eaten at this roadhouse i dont even know how many times and our service has NEVER been as good as it was tonight. Bee was the absolute BEST! drinks always full, plates always cleared, and she spoke to my 4 year old like they were long time besties. I dont know much she gets paid but I know it's not nearly enough

Had dinner with a girlfriend last night - my first time dining here. We arrived early so were able to take advantage of the early dinner menu for $11.99. Many protein options as well as two sides and endless fresh rolls. We both ordered the 6 ounce steak with two sides - it was cooked perfectly and the meal was delicious. Tyler was our waiter and he was excellent. He was training a new employee and she was great too. they were both friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the menu. I will definitely go back again.

Arrived at 3:30pm, never got a text for table, had to ask twice, 45 minutes to seat. 15 minutes to get table greet. Placed order, 1 HOUR to get food, 2 of 3 steaks burnt & cold. Manager finally brought us hot, nice steaks. WHY CANT this be done the first time, instead of making this a 2.5 hr event, & ticking us off. Another server jumped in our shorts from placing dirty dishes on ledge, when our server neglected us, was uncalled for. This TRH, does amazing business, maybe the manager needs to hire a person, just to keep the floor picked up, and another to keep bathrooms clean. Hey Manager, lets tighten this place up.

I love you guys, staff all in all, keep it up, although please recommend me which food would be good, I'm a bit of a "newbie" when it comes to ordering good food combinations at Southwestern styled diners... Staff and atmosphere was amazing! Alizabeth especially was a real delite! Super attentive, courteous and fun! The manager in Purple was great with birthday call out. GREAT experience. Will return!
Did a mobile order last night and never got the text our food was ready. Sent my husband to the window to ask about it and our food was just sitting there. The person at the window was extremely rude. They didn’t give us the drink that came with our kids meal so I had to send him back to the window to get it. A different person was at the window and was extremely rude. When we got home we discovered the mini cheeseburgers my 6 year old wanted weren’t even edible and half the size of the bread they were on. The burgers were so burnt I wouldn’t even feed them to my dog. The potato skins were hard as a rock. There was zero buffalo sauce on the boneless wings and the rattlesnake bites tasted like they had been made hours before. The only edible thing we ended up with was the salads we ordered. I’m done giving this place money.

Would be 5 if: 1. Pay and Pickup window is just a pickup window. I paid online, and having a line to wait for folks that pay in person is discouraging for your online customers. 2. The Baked potato side left a lot to be desired. Its disappointing to see it's a small sized potato. And all ingredients of the loaded baked potato were served on the side (I did not request this). 3. Online orders are defaulted with a 10% tip. You should let the customer decide the default tip, not you decide for the customer.

The hosts up front in the Alabama shirt was very rude along with the other girls....we waited over an hour along with a party of 6 that had reservations in ...I had a text with no more wait time and still wasn't seated nor the other party....never had this experience before visiting this city or restaurant. Then she laughed at everything. Not professional at all.
Had a great sunday lunch🤩 My little one devoured her steak and fries like a champ. I absolutely crushed a 14oz ribeye and baked potatoe with all the fixings 🤤. Even the manager was hustling and making sure everyone was happy. Great service and great food - what more could you ask for? Definitely recommend this spot! #familydinner #steaknight #goodtimes
