This is the most disgusting, horribly managed hotel I have ever stayed at. Absolutely horrendous. Don't stay here

She's tired boss. She's a tired old gal who needs a refurbishment. Very 90's. No usb charging ports, the room had an odd smell I was able to cover with some febreeze air and the outside security doors stick open. Two stars because the desk person was so polite and other than the smell in the room the hotel looked clean. Oh and the ganja odor in the hallways. It'll do but I probably won't be back. I liked the throwback balconies but I don't usually take advantage of them. Friendly staff, clean but old and tired. In room streaming service was spotty as you can see. Internet service worked decent. Can't recommend right now

Old, dirty, uncared for...even the elevators are dirty. In the lounge/restaurant area every chair is stained or filled with crumbs. Tub faucet dripped all night. Do not recommend.

I'm giving this property 5 stars because of it's exceptional front desk staff customer service, and cleanliness of the room/hotel. House keeping was great and made sure I more than enough of everything, So I came in on a family emergency. I Booked through Marriott had a small issue with using my discount, Ms. Lisa told me to go to the hospital and see about my family member and they would handle the room situation. When came time for checkout the manager sorry I can't remember his name but he's a gentle GIANT very professional and helpful with correcting a problem that was no one's fault but my own and he also gave me great family friendly & adult excursion ideas... The pool is not open at this time but the bar tender made up for that! I'll be coming back under better circumstances and bringing the family! Sorry no pics for this review but take my word for it, its a GREAT STAY!

This hotel is unacceptable!!! Me and my friends decided to come here and the rooms smelt horrible!!!!! The AC did not work in 335 which meant it was terribly hot . All the cabinets looked soooo old and non-presentable. The keys to the room didn't even work when we got here. Stains on the wall and bed sheets. THE LIGHT SWITCHES DONT EVEN WORK IN ROOM 149!!! Don't believe me, come see for yourself . -20/10 I would never come here again!!!!!!!!

The check in was pleasant but it is hard to believe how the quality has gone down at Marriott. If my husband was not with me, I would not have stayed. The hall smelled like pot. the door was broken and open at the side entrance. The lamp shade was dented and the pooled drained. Yuck!

Nice Hotel but it is dated. The Front Desk staff was nice and made me feel welcomed. My room was nice and clean. Nice comfortable bed, had a sofa and desk, the AC worked well and was quiet. Good size bathroom and shower. The pool was closed on my visit and it was drained with the gate locked. The ice machines were turned off. If you wanted ice for your room you had to walk up to the office.

Depends on who is working. Some bartenders are quick and friendly, others seem to hide in the back. I ordered tot-chos, expecting nachos made with tater tots... I got tater tots but the "chili" mentioned was green Chile's, which left me with tots with buffalo ranch dip, green chiles, melted cheese, and bacon bits. Not sure I wanna know what these folks think goes on nachos. Also ordered it to eat in and he went ahead and boxed it to go.

Staff are extremely courteous and professional (front desk Marcus and several housekeepers). Food is good but plenty and variety of options close-by. The amenities, however, are sorely outdated and in need of upgrades. Lighting inside room is dim. Access to entry from side doors not working despite signage. Groundskeeping is poor (cigarette butts, trash). Again, the staff are excellent!

As a Titanium level with Marriott, I have stayed in my share of Marriott properties all over the world, but was disappointed with this property. The stale of the carpet, and poor upkeep of the property is disappointing. The check in staff was friendly and all staff were attentive. The breakfast is overpriced (I rarely pay for breakfasts on property), so we opted to eat out. No microwaves in the rooms. The room was comfortable! I don’t know if this would be on my fave list! Had trouble with the keys to the property and they had to be changed out several times, including at 1:00 a.m. in the cold and rain?

****** PLEASE READ THIS ******My recent stay at this Courtyard Marriott was totally unacceptable. I seen a maintenance man (William Liam Siddons) leaving out my hotel room. To later tell him that someone entered my room. And for him to try to act as if he wasn't the person in my room. At the moment I let him know that I was aware of him being in the room. Only then he admitted it. Only for him to give me a name that's not on his application and tried justify his actions. I'd rather he'd call the police or local authorities if he suspected anything of me. I followed up with a email and a few calls to try to contact the GM Jennifer Hoffman- Little. She has to be a family member or long time friend of this thief because she tried the justify his actions by saying that any employee can go into any guest rooms at anytime they felt for any reason. Then only to say that he wasn't wrong for going in my hotel room rambling thru my things. I gave her a simple scene to play out. What if my daughter was in that room when he entered it. And the answer she gave me shocked me to her from a woman's mouth on this. She stated that she should have used a deadbolt to lock the door. WHAT!!! As a paying customer im also paying for security and privacy. Not to be invaded at will. Even though that wasn't the case what if it was. This guy can just enter on her. She then said he knocked 1st when I seen him go in. Clear no knock unacceptable unjustified Maintenance man warrant. People be careful when you stay at this hotel and please keep your family close by and safe. Because she clearly stated that this is their hotel policy to go in guest rooms at will. I wouldn't advise anyone to support thieves and justify the actions of such people. Please find a better establishment to take your family. Who knows this guy's interest or intentions. Or how many times this has been done without being noticed

Rooms are fine. My bathroom had large patched areas of wall that weren't repainted but that is not an issue for me. I did have issues though. No room cleaning service though I stayed for longer than a week. Room had two towels. No Continental breakfast. Instead they have a paid bistro. $11 for eggs and they want a tip. All this is forgivable, but absolutely not forgivable to me is the lack of coffee. Day 1 and 2 free coffee in the lobby. All following days they moved the coffee behind the bistro so they could charge 3.75 for a cup of black. What exactly am I paying for at this hotel? No cleaning, no food, no COFFEE.

I am very disappointed in this Marriott. As a platinum elite member I believe Marriott should do better. Here are the issues: 1) what the online booking said we would have was not what we got (sofa bed) and when I called the front desk it was like to bad so sad we are booked and we can’t help that the booking you got wasn’t what we gave you. 2) the walls are paper thing, the boys cross country team might as well have been in our room we could hear everything they said. 3) the rooms are worn and the bathroom vents are disgusting. Do better Marriott and if you say rooms have sofa beds- then have them.
