This is bar none the worst service that has ever existed. I travel through Huntsville a ton and have never gotten good service. I truly believe they train the staff to be rude and ignore the customer. Today the bartender had 20 customers waiting for a drink and worked on changing the tv’s, washed glasses and blatantly ignored customers. Sad news, it’s the only place in the terminal to get a drink. I only give 1 star because I had to select something. Be better!

The service here is atrocious. If you're not sitting at the bar, good luck ever getting served. I say at a table for 15 minutes without anyone ever coming over. I don't mean it took a long time, I mean never. Nobody acknowledged me when I walked in and nobody came to the table to take my order. I finally got up and left and went next door to get a coffee instead.

Despite tons of flights being delayed and people being upset, everyone working both cafe side and bar side were nice and kept a good attitude. Plus, the vibe inside the Blue Moon Bar feels so separated than the rest of the airport which I love.

Never have food here. Coffee is fine.I had a simple Avacado toast. The Avacado spread was razor thin on a probably stale bread.
Not so much a choice to drink while waiting on my flight. It’s dirty and had a smell. They used plastic glass for wine. I have nothing much to say much.

The burger: $18.79 and very small for the cost. Asked for it to be cooked medium. They ONLY cook it well.The fries: Asked for them to be left in the fryer a little longer than normal. They came back soggy.The drink: I had ONE single Tito’s. It was $14!! Last time I paid that much was at a Vegas nightclub!The bill was $41 and the food was average. Hold your appetite for your connection ✈️
