Great selection of beers/spirits. Every time I've been they always have great musicians playing, which leads me to the outdoor area. Wow! Love this place because of the outdoor atmosphere. Sitting on a loveseat, listening to good live music(not too loud by the way), with a fan blowing on me, and drinking a good beer at 1/2 off price (great happy hour deals). What could be better. Highly recommend to anybody wanting to take a date or just hang with your friends. Well done Bottle👍.

We celebrated of 11 year anniversary here. We highly recommend this place. Our server Ryan provided exceptional service in taking care of us. We were seated in a private booth area with lots of windows onlooking the city lights. The chef came out to greet us after a slight menu misunderstanding. The problem was rectified immediately, and we were offered two desserts instead of the one celebratory dessert. The food was delicious and beautifully plated. The staff gave us several compliments on how well we were dressed for the evening. Everybody was very attentive.

I recently celebrated my wife's birthday at The Bottle in Huntsville, and it was an awesome experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for an exquisite evening. We were fortunate to have a window seat with a stunning view of downtown Huntsville, which added some natural light to our celebration.
I ordered the 16oz Ribeye, cooked medium well, and it was to perfection—exceptionally tender and grilled with flavor. Had a fresh salad that was just as delicious and plentiful.
It was upscale, making it perfect for a business dinner or a romantic date night. To our surprise, the restaurant played back-to-back selections of classic R&B tunes (smooth grooves), creating a soulful theme that had us humming along throughout our meal.
Overall, The Bottle exceeded our expectations. It was well worth it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience!

Since I moved to Huntsville Eight years ago, the Bottle has been one of my favorite places to go. Living north of Atlanta for many years I was used to chef driven fine dining and fabulous cocktails. And I felt I could always go to the bottle for that. This last week I took my sister for her birthday dinner and was very disappointed. The server was very nice. We really enjoyed his company. We sat upstairs. From the crabcake which was all breading no flavor. The apple glaze they put on it had zero flavor to the scallop dish and the salmon dish she had flavorless, the grits or whatever my scallops are on were pasty, scallops were rubbery, her salmon dish was non-eventful. To the dessert, dry almond cake with birthday cake icing squirted on top of it, disappointing. A huge chunk of money to pay for disappointment after disappointment. I felt bad for my sister. I was embarrassed.

We enjoyed our anniversary dinner and selected two of the Specials. Appetizers were very tasty and there was a good drinks menu. A blue cheese Chop Salad was split and also good, similar to all of a wedge ingredients.
Trout was prepared well but my stuffed veal chop had to be cooked further so it was not rare. It was a large and I enjoy mine cooked med-well. They should have asked at what level to cook. Wait staff did very well.
Our Celebration desert cream cake pastry cake and a champagne toast were complementary. It was Easy parking downtown, for a nice night.

The food here is amazing. I had the pear, spring greens, feta, walnut salad and my friend had the greens, tomato and fried okra salad. Both were huge and delicious. We both had the trout special with crab slaw topping, sauted vegetables, and risotto. Once again, portions were huge. My only complaint would be that the trout was slightly dry. Service was great and the place was quiet making it easy to have a conversation.

We had my friends 30th birthday cocktails and dessert here last night and we had the best time. They sat us in the most perfect corner booth near the bar and we were served mostly by the bartender who was amazing! They had great energy for dealing with some crazy girls who were just enjoying the night and celebrating and it's very appreciated!
Went when it wasn't too busy, so the atmosphere from my experience was great. Might have made it a 4 star had there been more of a crowd. Food was great, waitress was great, not much else to say.

This used to be my go to restaurant when I wanted something special. No more. It's premium pricing for an average experience . There were bones in my fish and the risotto was under cooked. When I asked to speak with a manager, the bartender had a big attitude and the manager never bothered to speak to me. I'm sad, but I won't be back.
