Ate dinner here 12/26/2024.
The server was not good. He was the only one there serving tables and tending bar, but the restaurant was SLOW. He took a bit to greet and seat us, but that was ok. He didn’t bring plates, silverware, or napkins with the appetizer. He never refilled our drinks. He didn’t explain there would be an up charge with our meals, and got an attitude when asked for clarification - not disputing the amount… just clarification.
I was nice and still tipped 15% despite the bad service.
The appetizer was ok. A little unseasoned, but it was hot and came out quickly.
The entrees were good. Well seasoned and hot.

Glean was an amazing waiter/bartender! Major props to him and his service! We enjoyed their version of Steak frites and chicken tacos. Best food you can find in HSV 😉.

Stopped in here on July 23rd for lunch before a flight, we were seated and waited 15 minutes and still hadn't had the waiter/bartender serve us after he was told by the lovely lady working the front that he had a table He served ppl at the bar and even sat a family and took their drink orders. We up and left. Will never return.

A couple of weeks ago we had the pleasure of being served by Glen for dinner and drinks. He is an excellent bartender, conversationalist and overall great guy! And then in the morning we were served breakfast by Jamey. She was equally as wonderful and helpful. We actually had such a great experience, we choose to go to Huntsville over Birmingham on our next trip down south.

Give my man Glen a raise! Food was good but took forever to come out because they were understaffed. Got the porkchops and it was surprisingly good but the portion was small.Glen, the bartender/waiter was awesome though. He was clearly doing the work of more than one person but managed to keep on top of it all and was always checking up to see if there was anything he could do.I don't often write reviews, typically only when something out of the ordinary happens. Glen is one of those people.
Very nice staff. Glenn is a very friendly and accommodating bartender.

Was visiting for business and tried this restaurant since it was connected to my hotel/airport. It was of great convenience while waiting for my flight. The first night I went I ordered a salmon chaser, added bacon, and onions. It was the best salad I have tasted in a LONG TIME! The next day I ordered the steak and it was well seasoned and perfectly cooked. My sides were very starchy with Mac and mashed potatoes but it was worth the calories!

I came in for breakfast here and the place was literally empty . I ordered for an Omlette and the waitress said there were no vegetables in the kitchen besides tomato’s for the Omlette . When the Omlette arrived , it was not good , there was no ketchup or napkins on the table . I paid $18 for this and it was highly overpriced for what I got in return . Avoid this place at all costs . If the place is empty then you should take that as a sign .

I came here thinking I would get a quick breakfast at 9 o’clock in the morning.. The place was virtually empty one server working to The whole restaurant.. My food was cold.. Eggs were burnt.. Deep fried hotel style potatoes, heart of the outside cold on the inside and I’m not even sure what the country sausage was.. I would never recommend this place to anybody.. Whoever reviewed this is more than two stars must work here.. I just paid the bill of 20 bucks and push the plate across the table and said tell the Chef that I wouldn’t put that in my body it was so horrible..
