Shortbread perfection! I had two cookies: the salted pecan and the lemon iced lavender. Cut a little thicker than usual, they give a satisfying deep bite and then melt in your mouth. The amount of salt was just perfect with the rich toasted pecan. My barista made a great lavender-honey latte with a side of complimenting my outfit. So of course now I'm loyal to this shop forever (even if I live 600 miles away)! So glad I stopped by on my road trip.

The power bar is my favorite post workout treat, and I tried a scone for the first time recently, and it exceeded every expectation I had. The ham & havarti sandwich is a 100000/10, and the espresso lattes and matcha are amazing too.

Honestly, I haven’t tried a single thing I didn’t like yet. Everyone who works there is so sweet and genuinely seems to love what they do, and it really shows. It is my earnest prayer that God continues to bless this business and the work of everyone’s hands here, because it is truly exceptional 💗

The ham+havarti croissant is incredible. Awesome pastries and sweet treats with really good pies/cheesecake by the slice or whole. I’m not a huge coffee fan but I love their matcha. Very friendly staff.

To be clear, I am a happy customer, no complaints!!! Cute little shop - decent muffin and fun cookie sandwich. I wasn't blown away or anything, but it wasn't bad. Just a normal, average blueberry lemon muffin and cookie. Maybe I should have ordered something different (?) 🤔

They charged me $10 for 4 shots of espresso. Just 4 shots. Nothing else.

I would give it a 10-star if I could. The Moon Bakeshop has the best pastries and baked goods in Huntsville-Madison areas IMHO. Their croissant is the best in town. Their cruffins are so divine. The filling is not too sweet, just right. Their cookies are buttery and have the perfect texture. The chocolate pie is to die for. I can't say enough good things about the Moon Bakeshop. It's my happy place in downtown Huntsville.

MEH! I finally stopped to see what the fuss was about and I am still clueless.
I ordered a Chocolate Croissant and a Cappuccino, both of which were over priced. I received a half cup of a Cappuccino and while the Croissant was good, I wouldn't say that it was worth the price charged.
The place is small and there is really no comfortable place to sit either inside or out that you will not be surrounded by people either inline or waiting in line.

The person who took my order was friendly enough and the Cappuccino was, eh, o.k., though missing half, but for the price, I would expect much more.

Walked in and a worker was taking a selfie with a cruffin close to her face standing by a table. After the picture, she then reached around the glass and put it back behind the glass to sell. I have never seen this from them before. Very bizarre
