As a Huntsville Realtor, quality and a great experience are incredibly important to me. That's why my family and I love going to the Moon Bakeshop! The staff is friendly, the coffee and food are all wonderful, and my kids love the assorted varieties of pastries and cookies! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting town or anyone who happens to be in the downtown area!

Grabbed a croissant and a coffee on a quiet morning, affordable and satisfying. The pastry was flaky and buttery with just the right hint of savory, and the coffee complemented it gently. Felt like a peaceful spot to start the day.

The line was out the door on Saturday morning, but that's because it's that good. The Egg Breakfast Sandwich is fantastic, and the cruffin may be the best baked treat I have ever eaten. Would give 6 stars if I could.

First time going to this bakery. I saw a post on Instagram and was excited to try their take on a honey bun. The post clearly stated they opened at 7:30 AM, so I made sure to get there right at opening to have the best chance of getting one. However, when I arrived, the store was closed, and the sign said they opened at 8 AM instead. I double-checked the Instagram post, and sure enough—it still said 7:30 AM.
I decided to wait the extra 30 minutes, even though it was frustrating and frankly unprofessional for a business to post the wrong opening time. By then, the line had built up down the street. When the store finally opened, I was 4th in line, only to be told that the honey buns wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minutes to 1 hour.

So not only did they open later than advertised, but the main item everyone had come for—and the reason I was there—wasn’t even ready at opening. The whole situation felt disorganized, inconsiderate of customers’ time, and very unprofessional for a first impression.

A coworker brought Earl Grey Cupcakes with Lavender Buttercream to work this am. I decided to visit for lunch. Was good, not too pricey. $15 for oatmilk latte and Ham Havarti Croissant (17.50 after tip). Took 13 minutes for sandwich, maybe 5 min for coffee. Coffee is nice, bold flavor. Sandwich was good. Nice for a treat day! Wish it had better parking.

It has only been a week since I found out about Moon and I would surely die for it. The staff is so kind AND calm despite the insane amount of foot traffic walking through its doors.

Stopped in while we were driving through town and glad we did. Everything we ordered was excellent and the staff could not have been more friendly. The bacon scone was on point and the blueberry muffin was simply amazing. The breakfast sandwich was perfect. If we are anywhere near, we will be back.

Our favorite Huntsville bakery! The cheesecakes are the best I have tried!

Five stars all around, this place was excellent. Their coffee was delicious and their baked goods blew us away. We had the cruffin and the chocolate chip cookie croissant, both were incredible. I cannot wait to go back!
