What a cool little spot! Over 80 beers on tap plus more in the coolers. Had my first Christmas quadruppel….Lawd it was delish! We ate the Chicago Dawgs. Would love to go back for some other pub foods. Also, the bar keep was German and she cooks German delicacies once a week. Will definitely be visiting next time we visit the Rocket City!

Great place off the beaten path. Large beer list. I think I stopped counting at 58!Music on the patio and a quaint indoor space with a whiskey room.

OMG this place hot all of the high notes for me. It won't be everyone's cup of tea and that's fine because it's mine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no stairs, open entry way.

Ok if you like a good beer or a nice bourbon then stop going anywhere else. The atmosphere is very much that of one that has a hundred very good very tasty beers to choose from. It definitely doesn’t miss on some very popular beers. However if you are looking for commercial brand every day light beers then go somewhere else. This place has style class and flavor.

First of all, this place is so pretty! The patio has a great ambiance! We’d been wanting to try it after seeing a sign that boasted having 500 beers available. While the list is an extensive 80 beers, they weren’t great. Only two options for sours. The food options were even worse. We were warned that the pizza was frozen pizza they heat up. We ordered a hot dog (that was recommended!) and a steak sandwich. Both tasted like gas station food. This place could be awesome if they had some decent appetizers and a better selection of beer!

The food and drinks were excellent, but the service was top tier. One of my best dining experiences ever.

The Nook is a Huntsville institution. Besides their huge selection of beers, they have a well-curated menu, and German food nights. The atmosphere is laid-back and pub like, and they have a large multi-season patio.

It was really good. I had a jambalaya and a beer. It came out to $16. I’m satisfied and the vibe was good.

Updating thos review from forever ago, and... it doesn't need it!!! It hasn't changed:
So.... Been going here since I was knee-high..., to a 44 year-old grasshopper. I mean, since this seemingly hole-in-the-wall showed up in an unlikely location during the final high-noon shoot-out between Anheuser and... everything else. And... It just kept getting better. I admit, when it started to get more and more popular, and they started to build this giant wooden deck outside squeezed into their small-ish trapezoidal-ish property with holes for the trees growing through it, and didn't just move somewhere else...? I thought "crazy". But, it turned out really-really awesome. And, the service, and clientele is 'personal'... Come in to relax, converse about Life, and share the Nook's hundreds of good, excellent..., and a rare few bad beers...
Wheelchair accessibility: Good entrance and layout for accessibility. However, only a couple of handicap parking spots that are usually taken, and the bathroom is a little tight.
