I asked when fresh pretzels ...warm pretzels would be ready to make cinnamon sugar pretzels. She told me within 5 minutes so I waited. I then asked if fresh pretzels were ready and I was told yes.When I got the cinnamon pretzels they were not even close to warm and they were semi dry not very good. I feel like I was given older pretzels and not the warm ones

Rude employee. Stared at us like she hated her job. I ordered a large sour cream pretzel bite since it was advertised on their website and she asks “do you want salt on that?” I say sure. She gives us a salted pretzel bite, not sour cream. She then tells us after the fact that they’ve never had sour cream pretzels. Why didn’t she tell me when I ordered?? Terrible service.

Long line, employees are kinda mean :( asked for salt and got pretzel bites with no salt. they were gross until i got salt from another place.

Wait time is ridiculous and the fact that as the owner you do not greet people as they enter and make people wait to order, you come across as very rude and really need to understand what customer service is, I really wish there was another option locally, I understand why you can’t keep staff

I realized owner charged me extra for asking Half salt/half butter pretzel bites. When I asked, she said It’s extra for two flavors! Ugh!!!
