The Southern Chop offers a limited menu but plentiful food. While some found the taste okay, others enjoyed their meals, especially when Chef Callister was cooking. The NY Strip steak with garlic mashed potatoes was a hit, despite the steak being a bit grisly and the seasoning having a strange aftertaste. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, with room for improvement in some dishes.
