John W runs the bar like a finely tuned race car. Precision, speed, and style. Whether it’s the first lap of happy hour or the final pit stop before last call, he keeps the crowd fueled and the atmosphere electric. Drinks come out quicker than a pit crew tire change, and he never misses a beat (or a smile). If there were trophies for bartending, John would be taking the podium every night. A true pro who turns every round into a photo finish.
Recommendation: Don’t blink: you might miss his perfect pour.

I had a wonderful time, all of the issues I had, have nothing to do with the kind server Narissa (I hope I got that right) and John from the kitchen. Who were both warm, friendly, and genuinely interested in making my experience great! They deserve 10 stars! Any one would be lucky to be served by them.
The menu, while delicious, is limited. It felt more like a quick bites upscale lunch menu, NOT a dinner. The menu is poorly printed in black and white, with a pixelated gray background, on low weight computer paper and is not a great first impression. Additionally, the menu is not ideal for those with allergies. They offer a peach cobbler with ice cream but their POS system doesn’t allow for a single scoop of ice cream to be sold. The lights are too bright for a dinner service it feels sterile as opposed to warm. It’s completely unromantic.
It’s a slow hotel— I think in part because there are so many fees that a cheaper hotel wouldn't have. Like free overnight parking ($12.00/night) free wifi ($7.99/day), free breakfast ($20.00). The breakfast is good, but does it have the options you’d expect from a $20.00 buffet? No.

The bartender Jonathan was engaging and gave great customer service. He made my favorite drink, an old fashioned, perfectly. He was fast and very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend!

Thank you guys for a great burger and service. Mr.Wisdom was the best bartender/server I’ve ever had while traveling. Warm presence about him was a great way for me to be introduced to Huntsville, especially after I was cranky after my flight. God bless

This restaurant is located inside the hotel, and serves the typical upscale southern food. The quality was low quality for the area (tiny chicken quarter, over salted greens, and just ok burger).
If you're hungry and stuck at the hotel, it's a fine option, but certainly not among the best in town. May go again.

Cups and glasses dirty and staff very unapproachable and didn't really care- no spoons so eating fruit tricky. Food was good but ambience, staff and cost let down whole experience. Coffee was cold and staff gave out bill before we even got any food. Most tables seemed to have problems with dirty cups and not once did I see staff apologise or respond. Very expensive but only option for breakfast would take own food next time as not worth the cost

Go somewhere else. Caesar salad was for sure old lettuce. They ran out of fries, but neglected to tell us and served piles of oil covered homemade chips. Water was well water. Pasta for scallops had sat too long and had hard edges. Staff pleasant, but food is insanely expensive. Could have fed all 6 of us 3 times elsewhere for the price.

We were the only guests for our 6:45 time slot. I ordered soup as an entree and my husband ordered scallops. 35 minutes later the soup arrived lukewarm. The waitress said she'd be right back with my husband's food. No more interaction. After another 20 minutes, we tried finding a staff person, and finally went into the kitchen and told them to cancel our order. We told them we would pay for the soup and the one drink they brought (although I wish I hadn't). I was calm but firm that we were not paying for the food that had never been delivered. We then paid and left. It was the only time I have ever left a meal. The waitress kept saying it was not her fault. No apologies were given.
Dinner that was supposed to be $150 cost about $250. Bottle of wine that cost $20 at the grocery store was $99.99. Excessive!!! Much?
Our waitress, Kelli, was on top of everything! She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Loved it!
Very disappointing. Food was not hot. Choices were limited. No salad bar. Absolutely not worth the price. However, the servers were very helpful and friendly.
