The Vegan Cupcake Factory

Even though they were closed today, their website mistakenly showed they were open. Despite this, the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. He drove an hour back to the city to make my food, and his response was incredibly prompt. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared with care. On top of that, he was extremely polite and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to show my support.

The nut butter cupcake was really good! I will be going back to try other food items.

I wanted to do a second review on this place because there is just so much good about it but Google won't let me do a second review. But I just wanted to say this place is great! The food is amazing! I've been 3 times now and Courtney the owner is the kindest person with 5 star customer service. Please treat yourself to some healthy delicious vegan food here. You wont be disappointed!

So good! I am happy to discover this place, as I need to eat cleanest possible and this food is not just healthy but also really yummy. We got refreshing and creamy berry sea moss smoothie and chickpea salad. Enjoyed it a lot. Also, very nice people. Thank you.

We tried it out based on other reviews on Google and are really happy! The owner is really sweet and I’m glad he offers gluten free options. Will definitely be back to try other flavors!

I LOVED my meal at the vegan cupcake factory. The owner, Courtney, was so nice and you can tell he really puts his heart and soul into his food. It’s so tasty and I love that it’s vegan and healthy! Keep up the good job Courtney and we will be back!

Absolutely loved it! The food, desserts and smoothie was refreshing (I tried the taco salad, strawberry cupcake and the berry sea moss smoothie). Courtney was a joy, pleasant and professional. I Will be back!
