The Vegan Cupcake Factory

I needed some vegan GF cupcakes for a friends birthday, and the owner kindly got them ready and delivered them to me in a timely and polite manner. I will say it doesn't state that there is not physical location, but the owner explained they are between places so I get it! I would just put this on the order for next time. I didn't mind the driving though as it was very close to me. Overall a really great experience! And the cupcakes were astounding. Really great consistency, and very rich with a dark chocolate taste. Thank you VCF!

One star because we drove around town for some yummy cupcakes and could not find this place for the life of us. Please add more information to your website or something.

I was visiting Huntsville from Phoenix and as a vegan, I like to try vegan food when I travel. I HAD to try the vegan cupcakes and they did not disappoint! I had the apple, strawberry, chocolate cupcakes and the strawberry ice cream parfait and when I tell you DELICIOUS! Also, Courtney the owner is such a kind, conscious spirit! I highly recommend!!

The food was all amazing. I was not expecting the food to be as fresh as it was. I have been vegan for almost 9 years and the cupcakes were definitely some of the best I have had.

The Strawberry (6 pack) : The cupcakes were very moist and still warm when we got them.

Avocado toast : I'm not usually a fan of Avocado toast, but I ended up stealing half of it from my wife.

I cannot rave enough about how delicious Courtney's dishes are--very fresh & creative! I have many favorites, but the taco salad and kale & chickpea salad are favorites. Not to mention Courtney's caring and positive attitude; he takes the time to answer any questions you may have about the menu selections.

This vegan shop is undefeated. I had a six pack of the cupcakes, Lentil Chili and the Ice Cream parfait.The food was unmatched. SUPPORT THIS LOCAL eatery!!

I placed an order through DoorDash. The order was never delivered. I went on their website and got the number to call them. I tried calling them and number was unavailable. Do they even exist?

AMAZING !!!!! 👏 We are visiting from out of town, and we wanted to pick up some cupcakes for my birthday. It was so easy to place an order online for a half dozen cupcakes. Courtney was incredible friendly and very proud of his work, and rightly so !! Once we got these cupcakes home, we devoured them ! They were so delicious ! They're light, fluffy, and not overly-sweet like most places. This is the perfect amount of sweetness. The chocolate frosting (not pictured) reminded me of chocolate pudding. The almond frosting is fantastic ! I just have so many wonderful things to say about this place and the owner. Note that this is a working kitchen, and everything is made to order. Highly recommend! This is a place we will stop at whenever we come back to Huntsville 😊

This isn't a place you can just drive to and pick up some cupcakes, so don't let the name fool you. I'm just sharing so that others don't make the mistake I made. It's more like a guy with a kitchen who makes food on order after you call in advance. I didn't have time for that while visiting the city, so I can't comment on the food.

Even though they were closed today, their website mistakenly showed they were open. Despite this, the owner went out of his way to accommodate me. He drove an hour back to the city to make my food, and his response was incredibly prompt. The food was hot, delicious, and prepared with care. On top of that, he was extremely polite and pleasant throughout the whole experience. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be back to show my support.

The nut butter cupcake was really good! I will be going back to try other food items.

I wanted to do a second review on this place because there is just so much good about it but Google won't let me do a second review. But I just wanted to say this place is great! The food is amazing! I've been 3 times now and Courtney the owner is the kindest person with 5 star customer service. Please treat yourself to some healthy delicious vegan food here. You wont be disappointed!
