Would give 5 stars since I have had good food previously from here. But, today I tried to place an online order and the website was not working. So I called to place an order but they would not take orders over the phone. They said to just keep trying. No respectable food service should turn down a phone order, especially when the online ordering is not working. They should treat customers better. The Veggie has lost me as a customer.

This place is absolutely amazing! We tried the turmeric nachos with guacamole đ„, the buffalo shrimp poboy, their regular seasoned fries, their sweet potato fries, and the cluckster. Literally everything was amazingly delicious and fresh!! The staff was super friendly. The girl at the counter had so much positive energy. Give this place a try. You will not regret it at all.

I looked up this restaurant before visiting Alabama. I was excited to try their food and support their business. Although my lions mane was slightly salty the food overall was good. The customer service however was terrible.
I ordered two meals for my wife and I. I was asked if I wanted fries or sweet potatoes fries. I clearly replied that I wanted sweet potatoes fries. When the food came, one order came with regular fries. I expressed immediately that we didnât order that. You would think this would be a simple fix, but no.
The staff told me theyâll give the chef the order of sweet potato fries and it will take about 10 minutes. 10-15 minutes later the staff comes back out and quietly addresses my wife letting her know that they wonât be making the sweet potato fries because the order on the ticket said âhouseâ fries. Once my wife let me know what they said I go to address the issue only to receive a âsorry, this is what you orderedâ. This was my first time there. I never even knew regular fries were called house fries, but was told I asked for âHouseâ fries.
I asked to speak to the owner Chef Adyre and was told she wonât speak to me. I was told she wouldnât come out because they were too busy, so she wonât come out. I try to get her attention by calling âChefâ multiple times calmly. She heard me, looked at me, and ignored me. This made me regret supporting this establishment.
The fries are not important, but the customer service here definitely is subpar.
Iâd recommend this restaurant for food but Iâd express caution and make sure they have your order correct before you pay.
I can tell the business doesnât truly care about their customers.

The food is delicious. Much more flavorful than I anticipated. I ordered a quesadilla and my parents had wraps with fries. We were all pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. Portions were also great. I ordered food and then ran some errands that took longer than I planned. When I returned to pick up the food I was greeted with warm smiles and food that was still nice and hot. Iâd highly recommend this establishment!

If you don't think you like vegetarian dishes this is a place you need to try. I am not a vegetarian and not veggie inclined but the Smokey impossible Bowl was delicious! There isn't much seating inside and many times there are doordashers taking up tables so if it were a busier time you may have an issue getting a table.

As someone who is allergic to red meat and dairy, going out to eat can make me very anxious. Every time I go the The Veggie, I know that my food is not only safe for me to eat, but absolutely delicious! Everything I've ever eaten there has been so good! You can taste the love that has been put into each meal.
Do yourself a favor a give the Veggie a try. You may even find your new fave place to eat.

I had the beyond steak quesadilla, chikn basket, and classic Chee. Food was delicious and the quesadilla was the best Iâve ever had hands down.
Only thing I can ding this place for is I wish they had better hours!!

I used to go to the veggie before they moved to Madison and even a few times after. The wait time has always been long, but I was okay with it because the food was good. This changed for Thanksgiving when they offered to do catering. I booked to pick up at 5:00pm and received an email stating my new pick-up time would be 4:30pm. I was okay with this because I had a meeting and changed my meeting time to get my food on time. When I arrived to get my food around 4:15, I already knew I would need to wait until 4:30, but the cashier informed me that I would need to wait at least another hour to an hour and a half for the pound cake to finish. I told her I couldn't do that because of a meeting, and she told me to just come back. I let her know that I did not live in Madison and that, with the holiday traffic, I wouldn't be able to make it on time. She nonchalantly shrugged her shoulders and stated that they only had two ovens. This frustrated me because they changed my time for me, and there was no update that they needed to catch up ahead of time. She also let me know that I would not be able to get a refund if I didn't take the pound cake. At that point, I just wanted my food and didn't care about the pound cake. She told me to tell someone to pick up the cake for me and mentioned that I initially said I was coming at 5 anyway. I reminded her that THEY had changed my time, so I had changed my schedule. There were no apologies, just demands and seemingly not wanting to give me the food I paid for if I didn't have anyone come get the cake for me. To avoid an argument, I arranged for a friend to go and get the cake. On the website, they said cake, NOT slice. My friend gave me two slices of pound cake, which I had to wait for. All that was for two SLICES of cake, and none of the food was good. Very disappointing. I will no longer get any food from here.

This is my first time going, and it won't be the last. My cluckster sandwich was hot and cripsy and so huge that I couldn't finish it. The fries are really good and the blueberry lemonade is the best lemonade I've ever had.

The food was pretty terrible. The chkn sandwich was more of a savory turkey sandwich with gravy. I just didnât feel like any of it went together. I also got a wrap which was underwhelming. The fries were good.
