Tom Brown's Restaurant - Huntsville

You need to rethink Tom Brown's in SW Huntsville. Service was terrible! The manager could have cared less. We left...never got to the food, but Nick's Restaurant afterwards was sensational!

Deidra was our waitress and she did an outstanding job, not only offering suggestions but really taking care of us. I will definitely come back.

It's disappointing to see a local restaurant undervalue talent and handle things unprofessionally regarding their former social media manager. Supporting small businesses also means expecting ethical treatment of the people behind the scenes!

Dinner was absolutely delicious! My waiter CK recommended the Terrible Tom's oysters along with the Jack Daniels tenderloin and shrimp and it did not disappoint. Thank you for your recommendations CK!

We had an excellent experience overall. Being honest the food was wonderful, just (for my taste) a tad over-seasoned. I had the steak tips and shrimp. The steak was perfectly medium rare and delicious. The shrimp was a bit too seasoned for me but very good. I am probably picky about peppery seasoning and will ask for less another time. My husband had Tom's Choice and enjoyed his Birthday dinner very much. Dessert was fabulous and the service from Deidra exceptional, friendly and some of the best we've had anywhere.

If you haven’t been you need to go. OMG the food was great , service was fantastic, atmosphere was awesome. They are busy so you need to definitely get a reservation and order an appetizer and a couple of beverages. But let me tell you the Food was melt in your mouth and our waitress was an All-Star

But like I said make a reservation if you just pop in probably going to be a minimum 1hour wait on the weekend
But they will not disappoint on all aspects of Tom Browns

Ahi tuna overcooked warm in center...was better last time...Barramundi spoiled...the cook should smell and tastes his food he serves to guest..the IPA and butter rolls where good....yall can do better.

They were great with our son's allergies. Very good about checking foods and taking precautions. They were great with my mom's food sensitivities and made adjustments. Overall, very pleased. Food was very good, drinks were good.

Everything about our experience at Tom Brown's (south) was wonderful. My husband and I dined on my birthday and Diedra really came through at providing a delightful experience. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and impeccable. We had told Diedra it was my birthday and she made me feel so special when she brought out our desserts (crème brûlée) with a lighted candle in mine. Tuesday night is prime rib night and we chose that for our entrées. It was delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband chose the wedge salad as a side. He loves wedge salads and he was impressed with this one. It is made with romaine lettuce as opposed to iceberg and he preferred the romaine. The salad is large, so be prepared to save room for your entrée. I chose the collard greens for my side. Yummy! I'm used to a bolder taste from my greens but these were deliciously different. They are creamed but not overly so. If I had to have one small complaint, it would be that the music was a little loud such that my husband and I had a little bit of trouble hearing each other, but we are old and our hearing isn't what it used to be due to going to many loud concerts in our younger years. Haha! I loved the selection of music, though. This was our third visit to Tom Brown's and each time is better than the last. I highly recommend going on prime rib night, but I've also had an excellent fish entrée there. Thanks go to Deidra for making me feel special.
